The last two times my family and I have stayed here, we have not had many issues. Great location and the restaurant Sea Watch by the Ocean is absolutely Amazing, the hotel gives you a percentage off your meal there for just staying at their hotel. The pool is terrific, especially with kids. The rooms have been in tip top shape and if we do not want cleaning service done , they leave fresh towels daily and bedding. The front receptionist Shelby has always been a joy to be around as well. She treats us as we were family and that made my family and I feel so welcome. A few things I wish would have been a little better would be, the hot tub was cold in December and yes its Florida but coming from Michigan to there and wanting to enjoy the hot tub was not comforting. I wish they had a little more food to offer but with that being said, the food they do have is amazing. We can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Had a nice balcony view of the pool. Beds were comfortable. A few downsides were no microwave in the rooms and the refrigerators are a bit small. Close to the beach.

Our room key kept messing up and couldn't open our room. We had to fix the key like 4 times in 2 days. Though that did lower the rating, the best part of the hotel was the pool. It is an outdoor pool and at night it's even nicer. It was very relaxing just swimming in the pool at night. Overall it was an ok hotel.

The lobby was nicely decorated, it even has Starbucks Coffee. The customer service was great, we had lost our key card three times and they were nice to keep giving us another key card without any trouble or extra charges. The pool were clean for swimming, love their long open hours till 10pm. Negatively, the room didn't come with a microwaves like others hotels I've been to, their location is on a busy street that makes it very difficult to get out of when leaving.

I don't know what it is about this particular Marriott but this one always seems to attract a the smokers. Whenever you get a room that faces the pool you can always smell an array of smoking aromas coming from the nearby balconies, (from the pool deck below too) The other problem for the rooms facing east are the extremely loud noises caused by all the traffic on federal highway You simply need to stay off the balcony and keep your sliding door completely shut.
They also run out of pool towels every time we stay here without fail. The price for The rooms however is usually pretty good with surrounding comparisons.

Great service, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Breakfast not included but was available for purchase downstairs. Also had shuttle service to local brewery which was convenient.

Loved It! The outside looks kinda shady but once you get it in it's beautiful! The lobby is beautifully decorated. The room is colorful and well lit. Everything was in place. I loved my stay. I slept so well. It's also in the perfect area. Close to beach but not close enough to walk. Lots of restaurants around.

An exceptional staff with the best service and a room that was very well designed for a wheelchair dependent guest. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and provided what ever they could with great tone, smiles and homely sentiment. If ever back in Ft. Lauderdale we will be here

Nice location for where I was going. Nice rooms. Everything (coffee maker, ice bucket, cups) was stashed in closet but front desk neglected to mention that. No complimentary breakfast but there's a nice breakfast spot nearby called Mom's Kitchen. Courteous and friendly staff.

Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Ft Lauderdale for 2 nights and it was about what you would expect from a Courtyard by Marriott, not much to expect or complain about. Two minor inconveniences, the printer in the lobby was out of black ink so I couldn't print the papers I needed, and they didn't have any coffee brewed and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. Other than that the staff was hospitable and room was clean.
