Nice villas, right next to the beach. Kitchen small, but useful. Bring a frying pan if you need one.

The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance man and the woman that cleans everyday (except Sunday ) are kind and helpful. The pool is great and there is an upper and lower beach so you can relax without having to be right by the waves. There is a 300 foot private beach area and there were even some sand toys and boogie boards to use. Our villa was nicely accommodated and had all the needed kitchen tools to prepare meals. The only challenging part of staying here for an extended period of time is that there is one washer and dryer that are coin operated ($1.50/ wash) for the entire east side of villas. They do include drying racks in your home, so at least you don't have to pay more to dry your washing. Great experience overall!

Our location was walking distance to the beach and pool. We had a one bedroom villa which was plenty of room for three adults. Didn't hear much car noises from the road. Very pleasant place to stay. Would stay here again if in Florida.

The rooms are quaint, however there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The location is nice there are rooms overlooking the intercoastal as well as rooms overlooking the ocean. The front desk was not very helpful at all. When we went to them seeking assistance with something they seemed very inconvenienced. There is a shared pool on the ocean side of the property. No jacuzzi just the pool which felt rather cold.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Called to book here, and the ladies on the phone were so rude! Overall, her tone of voice was impatient, condescending, and frustrated. I requested a specific villa that the website said was available. The first lady laughed at me and said it I shouldn't possibly expect that the villas that are available online be available now. She tried offering me a different villa, which I noticed from the pictures had outdated appliances and older furniture. I said it didn't look as comfortable as the other one in the pictures. She snapped at me that I couldn't possibly know how comfortable something just by looking at it. Lastly, I said I had an emotional support animal, and I asked whether the animal would be allowed. (I understand that the dog is not allowed certain places, and I always respect an answer of no, but this was not just that.) She transferred me to another lady, who actually asked me what the dog did for me medically. This is not only illegal to ask, but also a very personal question. However, I respectfully answered her, and she said that it wasn't enough.
I walked by the facilities the day before (I live in the area), and the place itself looked nice and pleasant, (although maybe a little outdated, and the beach is a little eroded in that area). But it is not worth having to deal with their terrible customer service! Cancelled the booking, and took my business elsewhere.response / report this review -

Location is everything. The property is close to Boca and Lauderdale. It is immaculate, spacious and attractive. A great Beach and pool.
