Front desk is exceptional. All the employees arw great, but there were two that stood out. Jesse at the front desk and pme of th house cleaning staff. I wish I can remember her name. I would definitely stay there again.

The room in general looked nice. I planned on sleeping on the sofa bed. Big issue. The mattress was like bare springs. I had to put the couch cushions on the mattress to get any sleep. Also the rooms on the side of i95 are very noisy.

When I complained in the morning, to their credit they did switch our room. They apologized. They were in the process of changing out all the sofa beds. However, they should have never even put us in a room with this issue. Need to be more proactive.

The front desk was professional and very nice.

Breakfast was good, area clean. Probably would have given a 4 if it wasn't for the sleep situation.

This was so much nicer than what I expected. The rooms were nice and clean, very nicely decorates. The one complaint I have is that the entire property is smoke free, there should be a small designated area.

This hotel was located right off the I-95 and about 25 minutes away from Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. I was disappointed by the looks of the hotel. It is old and was showing all signs. The elevator maintenance was probably never done. Room was good size. But the couch was smelly. Bed had someone's hair and stains on the side of the sheets. There were tiny bugs in the bathroom which were on sink and behind the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was included but the servers rushed to put them back 10 minutes before the actual time. Parking was hard to find after 8 pm and since there was construction at this location, made it hard to sleep in due to noise early in the morning. Customer service at front desk needs to be little more trained on hospitality.

I work in the area. Love this place. I come for happy hour. Bob the Bartender is great and I do call a friend. All the Front Desk personnel are friendly and from what I see its very clean

Beds where surprisingly comfortable. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was alright. Room was clean enough but I did have to get new sheets for the pull out couch because they looked a little dusty. Over all it was alright.

I am here checking in this hotel Best Western Plus in Deerfield Beach Florida. They are telling me that I cannot check in without a credit card without a chip to use for $25 incidental fee. On the counter they have a disclaimer about the $25 fee nowhere does it say that you need a credit card with a chip. If you look on the website it does not say anything about a requirement for you having a chip. it does not say anything about a requirement for you having a credit card with a chip. I've been here for an hour trying to square this away tired after a long day of work and it seems to be getting nowhere this is not a good first impression on this hotel. I'm extremely disappointed and if this matter is not fixed or is put in writing somewhere on their website like it should I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone I care about. If you have a policy that has been in place for 6 months according to the front desk manager you should have it in writing somewhere if I knew this was a policy I would not have booked this hotel and I would not have wasted my time.

It was good. Would stay here again! I would expand the breakfast selection and also out an extra waffle machine there. Oh, and the housekeeping staff? One of them acts like she has an attitude problem, but the rest of them are awesome. The front desk supervisors are always helpful and ready to assist. They helped made my experience what it was: warm and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful but the hotel seems very old even with the updates. I had a leaky toilet in the room. The pool area is beautiful. You just can tell the upgrades are very cheap. It was in a safe area and right next to 95. The hotel has the potential to be nice if they spend money and put quality funiture and fixtures in the room. When you sit in the chair in the room you will know what I mean. The check in staff was very professional and welcoming. Check out I was waiting at the desk almost 5 minute before she pop up. I wish I would have known about the express checkout.

Very well maintained hotel with beautiful pool courtyard. Nice water view of large canal. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated. Would prefer queen size beds instead of double especially for longer than a one night stay. Generous breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cards didn't work twice and had to get them recoded which stunk because we had to wait out in pouring rain. However, staff was of course very friendly. Also, the area doesn't feel to safe for a family, a woman was even taken out for an overdose while we were eating breakfast. The rooms are fine, no real complaonts. Overall just an average hotel, gets the job done.

The hotel was always in perfect location, all the amenities, were awesome, even though it rained the whole time of our stay, it was plenty to do in the area. All of the hotel staff, breakfast attendant, and housekeepers are the best. Will definitely come back to stay again:))

So far everyone has been great, and also been polite. Great service, clean rooms, and a decent location. Some rooms are next to the highway which they do provide earplugs so you can rest easy. But overall a great hotel!
