Hotel is older but has been somewhat updated. However ceilings looked dirty, you can hear everything above and beside you and base boards need painting. Beds were comfortable, nice rustic furniture, conveniently located and staff was nice.
    Way way over priced!!!

We had reservations and when we got there we had to wait a whole hour to get the key to our room because they were still cleaning it. It was after 5 pm when we got to even go in our room. The service was terrible and the room didn't even seem that clean at all. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and just tolerated it. Even when they seem to be cleaning the room it was only towels and making up the bed. They didn't even get the trash from the trash cans. Over all this place is in bad shape of new management and other workers! We had stayed here before and it was really nice but this stay was horrible.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Having a balcony was a plus for my husband. The Lodge sits in the middle of many activities which is great, and you don't need a car. The breakfast offered is more carb related than a full breakfast as stated. They do offer eggs, and that's the extent of protein.
Staff was very accommodating and polite.

There's an indoor and an outdoor pool which is great. Indoor pool goes from 3 to 4 feet. The outdoor pool has a slide. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is rustic. Right across the street from Tanger Outlet Mall. Hospitality service could have been better, toiletries and towels were replaced but tub wasn't cleaned.

The hotel has super nice staff. The rooms look great and smell good. The oak limb themed furniture is very homey and I want to take it home. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is like a mini water park, great for the youngin. The breakfast is more than continental. Free waffles, biscuits and gravy, and eggs, plus more. I give this place a 10/10

Oak Tree Lodge is very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge. Love indoor, outdoor pool and continental breakfast. We especially loved the jacuzzi in our room. Plenty of hot water. :-)

Room was spacious and clean. Cute little pool. Elevator was nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Room service was good and respected our wishes. In room coffee was actually drinkable. (I'm a strictly Folgers drinker but it wasn't half bad). We would LOVE to come back again. It's close to all the attractions. Absolutely PERFECT.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We got a 2 queen bed in non-smoking. The first room we got smelled of cigarettes so bad, we called down and they were super apologetic and got a new room right away. Great location, just a couple miles from major attractions, outlet mall right across the road with plenty of food places around, 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg. This place had the best continental breakfast I've ever had. They had some awesome biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, etc.

We only stayed one night (Sat). We were glad we had booked weeks in advance because the place was PACKED. We loved our King Size Bed with Jacuzzi and fireplace. The shower head in the shower was awesome. We did not have much interaction with the staff. Room was clean and comfy. We rushed out in the morning so didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast. Had a bit of a time figuring out the jacuzzi controls because there was no hot/cold markings.. Each nob had both hot/cold markings on them. Would I stay there again.. ABSOLUTELY!!! We booked weeks in advance through Cheap Hotels and paid 100.58 for our room first weekend in April.
