The stay has been great as we had a hot tub refrigerator microwave and coffee pot in room.room was clean when we were able to get in it.loved the pet policy.it is however a older hotel so if ur looking for top notch stuff this isn't for u.it was quiet beds were comfortable.breakfast was included had wide variety for everyone as they had eggs, biscuits and gravy, bread, waffles, cereal, milk and more.so why am my giving it a 3 well when I arrived at 4 my room was not ready no big deal I just went to eat and do some other stuff well couldn't get in room till 8.i understand they were having some issues so this really didn't matter but I asked to be able to keep the room a little longer on check out and they wouldn't do it was only willing to give an hour back instead of the four until that point this was gonna be our family vacation spot every year.the pool area we did not make it in there so unable to rate that.however they did forget to clean coffee pot and shower drain from last check out so I had to to be able get a shower as it was clogged.
We had a wonderful weekend here. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and employees friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint was no mini fridge or microwave in the room.
This is your basic discount hotel. The room is clean and the staff is kind and attentive. I love their breakfast in the morning.
WARNING**This is no longer a Baymont and any reservations made prior to this week are not honored and the employees don't know why??? I'm feeling kinda lucky about that now because it really looks like a dump. Maybe a great place if you're looking to score some crack, otherwise steer clear.
I drove around Sevierville for thirty min. trying to find this place and come to find out they are no longer a Baymont Inn the hotel was sold so they changed the billboard to the new name without changing anything on the internet. The folks at the front counter were not helpful and did not care I drove around trying to locate this place. To add fuel to the fire the airconditioner in room 311 was on high all night and never got the room cool enough plus the TV was terrible. I will never stay at this thirty nine dollar a night hotel which I paid one hundred twenty two dollars for the worst night's sleep ever. The breakfast was not even worth walking into all they served was eggs and biscuit along with cereal. Needless to say I am very upset with this hotel.
Water damaged ceiling tile over hot tub. General Manager needs to improve the up keep of this hotel. Will never say at this location again. They do have plenty of hot water.
i would never recommend this hotel even to my enemy.. a lot of black hair on bed sheets..on towels. and floor dead bugs in the bathroom.. sheets didnt smell fresh.. milk for breakfast was expired by 2 weeks.. inside pool was dirty..
First of all, the entire hotel smelled like a sweaty arm pit. Things were literally duct taped together. If you could get past the pool area's roof literally falling through- your foot would have been burned off by the heat of the water. The outdoor pool was absolutely disgusting and the mold was horrible. The look of the outside of the hotel was embarrassing and as I drove closer into gatlinburg I was jealous of even the motels. The beds were on the ground and felt like sleeping on concrete. The blanket was no thicker than a sheet and the bathroom had bug residue. I was scared to ride the elevator after the first trip. The breakfast was disgusting and had no meat options. Staff were friendly.
The stay was OK but the girl at the front desk needs people skills training. The girl at 8 pm Saturday morning and the lady at checkout Sunday morning. Could not even print me a receipt. Said I booked through a third party. I booked through the wynham app. They are a Wyndham hotel chain. Ive never had this much trouble at any of my stays. I stayed a total of 6 nights this week here. And to the girl at the front desk Saturday morning be sure of your talking about a guest, they are not listening. Very unprofessional staff here. I will not be back here, and recommend that the owner check his employees.

The rooms were clean but old. The bathroom was pretty gross and the tub didn't drain, so we didn't take a shower. We went to the pool but the inside one was as warm as bathwater on a 90° day and the outside one was barely cooler and was filled with leaves and looked very dirty. Breakfast was gross. You get what you pay for.
Not clean at all.. our room had bed bugs so disappointed would not recommend or return. would upload pictures if it would let me..didn't come on vacation to get bitten by bed bugs
Stayed in room 334. Bathroom was extremely dated and borderline gross. Room was kind of gross(carpet was crusty and stained). Air Conditioner sucked(randomly lost power and then would restart when you licked the part going into outlet). Far ride to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Staff was nice, though. Breakfast was so/so. Overcharged me for a night and can't seem to get anyone on the phone there during the day.kind of odd. Probably wouldn't recommend unless your desperate.
I have stayed here many times. Never had a problem. It's not the ritz carlton(sounds like some people were expecting that based on other reviews). Older but clean. Staff is very helpful. No bugs. Got the job done.
