Back elevator door is a hazard becareful it is very heavy and shuts quickly. It slammed on my mother. Complained to management and was told nothing is wrong with it. I heard several guest complaints about elevator-rough towels-no heat - the women working the front desk were literally doing each other's hair--- horrible parking - housekeeping skipped room 1 day

My daughter and I had a girls get away to Dollywood stayed here. Room was clean beds comfortable. We did have to put a towel at the door because of lack of insulation around the door. There was a family next to us who woke us up fighting. The management came and police came. Manager made them leave because they have a zero tolerance for fighting. It was good to see it was taken care of quickly.
Also breakfast was great. Make you own waffles, muffins and made to order scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy I would recommend this hotel

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. It was right on the strip, clean, and had a great hot breakfast! Would recommend them.

Room was extremely nice. Newly renovated. Wasn't very quiet. Got very crowded in the parking lot at night and you have to park your car across the street in a parking garage.

Stayed before but now not as good. Room had new floors but not swept. Put us in different area than asked for. Have a bar and lounge on 2nd floor and all I have heard for hours Is Boom Boom Boom from music. Had drunks in parking lot for hour and finally called desk. Show Karaoke on sign so dread that mess. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast area not enough room and only 2 hours a day. Can’t bring back to room which isn’t good for guests that like sleeping in. Weeks before at booking asked for quiet room and get put next to bar. This will be last stat here.

Honestly, I can't believe how horrible this place has gotten since the last time I came here with my siblings and parents. The only reason it's getting two stars from me is because of how great it was last time. But it's gone WAY down hill. One, they barely have enough tables in the breakfast area, and they don't even let you take it in your room (we just ended up buying microwavable breakfast). Two, we have a small dog, and the potty area is disgusting. We don't think a lot of people clean after there dogs here, and the people here down even hose the area down to wash the poop away that people left. Three, I wouldn't want to be caught by myself on the second floor, because there's a bar up there, and some people up there had too much to drink. They didn't bother us, but still, I wouldn't want to be by myself. Four, most importantly, the cleaning lady is horrible, or at least the one we got. On day one she didn't leave toilet paper, and she didn't make up my little brothers bed, she just fixed the top blanket to make it look like she fixed it. Day two, she left toilet paper, but she did the same thing to my brothers bed. Day three, she did not fix ANY of the beds. She didn't even try to hide it, not even the top blanket was fixed. She only left one wash clothe, and one hand towel. No big towels, or anything else. The only thing she did that she was supposed to was take out our trash. Now this is what made us the angriest because we believe in tipping the cleaners, but we will NOT leave a tip tomorrow when we leave. Not for her lazy butt. P.S. The Wi-Fi sucks. It won't even work right now, so I'm having to use my cellular data to post this. I do not recommend this place, until they clean up there act, quite literally. *EDIT* Alright, we just left today, and my dad noticed a card on one of the nightstands when he packed his coffee mug. Saying that you had to put it one of your pillows for the cleaners to do anything. That's utter B.S. I have two questions for them.
1: Why did she bring towels and take out the trash and make up 2/3 of the beds when the card says she wasn't supposed to do ANYTHING?
2: Why didn't they tell us at check-in? Some people like me and my family don't usually read the cards left on the nightstands and such because it's usually something unimportant. Usually not something we need to know like that. Even after my mom went and told them at the desk area, they didn't tell her. And when she asked them about the card, the clerk said, "Oh yeah. I guess we should have said something." We will not be coming back.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work. This is bad, beds were like sleeping on a rocks. Also found blood on the wall. Loud at night and also the staff is not at all friendly. Would not ever stay here again!!!!! Will pay the extra money for nicer hotel. Should have slept in my car. And the breakfast gross if you want to call it breakfast. Your choice

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Arrived in the middle of the night and the rates of the room were different than I had booked online. With 3 kids, one a newborn, we HAD to stay somewhere. Got into the room and it was 60 degrees in the room. We were FREEZING. Sat down on the bed and had fleas jumping on me and my infant. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door so cigarette smoke kept traveling into the room and people/dogs were loud very early in the morning. None of us got any sleep. A blood spot was on the mirror and a bunch of dirty handprints on the bathroom door. I don't recommend this place at all, especially when they charge $230 for ONE night!

Room was very clean. Service was good. I would gladly stay at this location again. It is well located and reasonably priced. The rates are more from Thursday to Sunday. The room was cleaner than the last 3-Best Western Inn's we stayed at on vacation although it did show some aging signs. It was still in good condition and maintained. Impressed for first stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Most rooms are nice and the service has been good. Dogs are allowed. Be aware the rooms are highly variable though. Our first room stank and it had faux-wood laminate floors and a shower only. We asked to be moved and got a clean-smelling room with carpet and a shower/tub (i.e. slightly larger bathroom). Also the new room had a much longer vanity with sink outside the restroom. There is complimentary breakfast and a simple outside pool.

Had to pay for 2 nights to stay their on July 1, & the 2ed was forced on us if we wanted the room and the room also went up 20.00 on the 2ed, we stayed thinking it was a nice Inn. Boy was we wrong, the room had a bad smell and was not cleaned very good, the breakfast was the pits, and on the 2ed we had to park our auto in a overflow lot behind the Inn with no security or lights. This place in absolutely not worth what we had to pay to stay there.
It falls on me but I will never stay at that one again!

We just returned home from our stay. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean and big enough for a family of four for a few days. The breakfast room was great with a nice selection of items. We will definitely stay again. My kids loved the pool!!

Just got in from a 6 hour drive at 10:30 PM only to be told that our reservation would need to be canceled due to having two dogs. I thoroughly researched the website and nowhere does it indicate a maximum of one pet per room. It only states that "pets are welcome". Pretty disappointing when the room had already been paid for and there is no availability in the area for the weekend. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the ladies at the front desk were very polite about the situation. The website, however, needs to be updated to reflect this policy.
