Overpriced and 20 mins late.

Scheduled a pickup on base for 3:30am to the airport. Used a taxi because I didn’t think any Uber drivers would be around that early on a Friday morning. Worth noting that I was wrong.

Got picked up at 3:50 after he called me a couple times saying he was almost there. Ended up being roughly four times as expensive as an Uber would have been.

I called a haitian man said text him my address 30 minutes later I call too see where he was he goes you didnt text me. I said yes I did. The idiot had a different number other than the one I texted but didnt tell me until I called back. He showes up 35 minutes later, just too waste my time saying he could take me to a club on bragg blvd because he didnt know where it was .

horrible service. Missed the phone call when the cab was outside and received a nasty voicemail from the driver saying I costed her gas money and was a horrible for not answering. I called her back 30 seconds after my missed call (while she was leaving me this message).
I've used this company before but will never again!

Needed a cab at 4:15am, cab never showed. Called the man who was suppose to pick me up, he acted confused.."oh, what time did you need to be picked up again? And you're where?" click. He hung up on me.

The driver purposely drove me the longer way to the airport. The airport was 13 mi away from where I was and her gave me the loop around and took the freeway to and made the distance 24 miles away. Google your route before you call them so that they don't purposely take you the longest way possible to make more money. The driver was nice but never again. I will do Uber or Lyft instead.
