North Park Toyota has the best customer service of any car dealership I have visited. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The sales representatives are helpful, energetic, and friendly. The Finance department did what they could to offer me a great deal. I left here completely satisfied.

My experience with North Park Toyota is as a vendor not a customer. This is a very busy dealership but that's not an excuse for the treatment I received when I don't treat my own clients that way. I have a very nice Toyota but if I get another one it won't be here.

I AM a client at North Park Volkswagen and I feel like I can go to them for anything at any time. They don't just stop there either. I know many of the people at North Park VW and every one of them is willing to stop and chat a little and offer hospitality even when they are in a hurry. It seems that they always find an opportunity to give me a discount too.

I guess this patronage just doesn't extend that far south or they are leaning too heavily on the product for complete customer satisfaction.

Literally the BEST service and buying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I reached out to Juan Arroyo from a previous Google post on this dealership, and was NOT disappointed. We live over an hour away and have a 6 month old, and I explained to Juan that I would like to get as much done over the phone and through email on my trade in and buying a vehicle from him. We got everything taken care of throughout my work day, and when I drove over after I got out of work, I literally spent 15 minutes with the finance department. Jay in finance was also VERY helpful. I have never had such a good buying experience.

There were a couple of issues with the vehicle that I addressed with Juan, and he said that he would take care of them. He sent someone to pick the truck up yesterday (over an hour drive) and leave me a loaner. They're fixing the issues today, and should be dropping off my truck this evening. Again, I have never been so pleased with customer service at a dealership before. If you're looking for a straight forward salesman and to cut all the BS, Juan is your man.

I always get a great service every time I come here. Mr. Zapata is always helpful, and any service I request usually takes less than three hours. They have free drinks, and tacos and dessert are very affordable. I love this place

We have been dealing with N. Park Toyota for several years now and have purchased multiple new vehicles there. The last few years we have been dealing with Mr. Juan Arroyo because he has always been very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He has provided excellent service; therefore, we have sent our family and friends to request Juan's services when purchasing a vehicle. In our opinion Mr. Juan Arroyo truly is a valuable asset to N. Park Toyota. In fact, all of our experiences with the personnel from different departments there have been positive ones. So we will continue to deal with N. Park Toyota.

It was a great experience for our daughter and us ,she was a first time buyer. Our sales associate Mike Gonzalez was so kind and very knowledgeable. He did not pressure us into something that you weren't interested in and he gave you time to talk to each other ,
so our daughter could decide.I would definitely recommend Him to all my friends and family that are looking for a new vehicle.
Again I would recommend Mike Gonzalez
    Highly.
So if your car shopping definitely look him up!
Their other staff members were also friendly

Ms. Betty Purgason is very knowledgeable about the products available at this dealership. She is easy to work with and understands a big ticket item such as a truck may not be purchased immediately. She takes the time with clients to test drive vehicles. I gave the dealership 4 stars because they have a confusing referral system. Multiple different online employees, including a manager, will make contact with you to try to determine what you want. You will not hear from your salesperson. I actually thought my salesperson had, perhaps, left the dealership. Then, when you arrive for a test drive, your original salesperson shows up, when you (in my case) had made an appointment with the manager. No one takes the time to explain this very strange arrangement, so the buyer is left confused.
The dealership is located at the very far end of town. On the way to Floresville in direction. There are North Park dealerships at San Pedro and loop 410 so don't confuse them with North Park Toyota.

I had a pretty good experience here with Jimmy. Very laid back and informative about the cars. Blaine Waddel, one of the finance guys, was helpful but boy was the process painful seeing as I had to return multiple times to mend some errors/changes to documents.

I was buying a certified car, then the sales guy told me there wasn't too much difference if I get the brand new, and they've 0% interest. After we negotiate the price with the finance guy which took almost 2 hours, we are ready to buy the car then he he said there is interest on that car. Even though I told him that I was told there is 0% interest rate on this car ,we couldn't get the car. The whole time finance guy didn't mentioned anything about the interest. So if you have no choice and decide to go there make sure before you get the final price asked them all the deals and questions you have, otherwise you will be just wasting your time.

Sale men was nice but the car buying experience for a first time buyer was horrible. My daughter wanted to purchase a 4 Runner and they told us that our payment would be $725 a month on a $44000 vehicle. We asked how they could get that payment lower and they said that we needed $15,000 down or look for something cheaper. They did not want to even try to work with us on the price. So we left and found that exact same 4 Runner at another dealer (Universal Toyota) for the exact same price and we got our payment at $614. $628 with the extend warranty! My daughter was a very happy camper.

A small matter to some perhaps, but to those who work on cars - something else.
Needed a part for a 2014 4 Runner. Called every dealer in SA for availability. All other dealers in SA recognized the part number as valid. The guy I spoke with at NP said it did not exist. I read it back. He could not find it in his system.
I would suggest that NP hire literate employees or get their parts data base up to date.
While writing this, I took note of all the 1 & 2 star reviews of NP and asked myself how this dealership was the recipient of Toyota's prestigious president's award?
    Unbelievable.
On a different note - a word of caution to buyers who believe that a "Certified" car has actually been inspected and repaired. This applies to ALL dealers and not just NP. Dealers do not spend time/$$$ repairing cars they wish to sell. Think about itcuts into their profit margin. They will focus on the cosmetic side of things - wash/wax/etc and that's because they can hire an illegal for chump change.
If I had a dollar for every so called "Certified" car that I've inspected that had dirty oil/filter/air filter/dirty transmission fluid/coolant/etc, I could eat a triple meat Whataburger every day for a month.
