  The physicians at this practice are amazing. I adore Dr. J and Dr. Stevens. The only downside is getting an appointment is very difficult. If you have an emergency or are ill that needs urgent care. You might want to have a back up doc. If you are looking for a new physician these docs are great though.

  Away from home and having issues what a new birth control prescribed. Called the office asking for five minutes of Dr Jays times to have her pick a different brand and send a script in. I was rudely notified by staff that she wouldn't be in until 11 and that they had a schedule to follow and that she wouldn't be getting back to me. I sit in the waiting room no less than an hour every time I'm in, I understand their poor operations and felt I was not asking for much when I'm over a thousand miles from home. I had to have the nurse send her back in last time because she hadn't bothered to tell me my blood results
  If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away!

  This office is a complete mess from the top down. You can view my much more extensive review on Yelp. Here's the bullet point version.
  
  - Did not get pertinent exam for chief complaint
  - Was not informed chart was incomplete after 2 months of first visit
  - Had to call for own blood work results (2 weeks after)
  - Had to insist on follow up as per recommendations of doctor from home
  - Did not receive phone call in regards to results and plan of action post procedure
  - Rude medical technicians
