MRI went well. Unable to get results report or access my charts online stinks. Other hospitals in area do a nice job of allowing individuals to get all the info they need online. McLaren and its doctors are more interested in just adding appointments so they can collect more money.

The nurse in the emergency room at check in was very rude to my mother, she seemed very irritated by our presence. I have never experienced such rude behavior in an emergency room.

If you can find a back alley doctor, you'll probably get treated faster and more politely than in this e-room. I have been waiting along with quite few other people for well over 5 HOURS.What a pathetic excuse for health care. Drive to Beaumont - its worth the drive.

Great hospital it's a great Hospital and they are remarkable of the work they do so they get a five star they are under pressure and they do the best job they can so keep it up even though my brother lost his life at the hospital approximately seven years from August 18th it wasn't your guy's fault you do the best job you can do keep it up I personally don't blame anyone for the death of my brother but himself he knew right from wrong I know you guys get some not-so-good comments but I felt it was necessarily for me that leave a review it's a five star hospital I have no problem telling anyone of such a great hospital it is
