Ive been in for 3 weeks now. The nurses actually care and keep a calm temper. I know ive pushed them a few times. They do go above and beyond! Sam, missy, nurses aide katlyn. Thank you very much, youve made my stay here easier on me. I hope other nurses and aides will learn from you.

On 9/15/2017 I had a little piece of metal stuck to my cornea, ER doc was able to remove it and send me on my way in about 20 minutes total time. Some services I question at Munson, but getting a corneal foreign body removed was a good one!

Coming from an employee this hospital is great! Although the ER waits are getting ridiculous, this is becauseof the huge influx of tourists in the summer. I would rather have surgery here then anywhere else, especially not down State!

On October 25 2017, I had a heart cath procedure. I just want to comment on the professional attention that I received. From the time I entered till the time I left it was a blessed experience. I wasn't able to remember all the personnel that assisted me but the following were outstanding. Dr. Fox was extremely helpful in keeping me and my family informed. In the heart catheter lab the "dude team" of Bill, Chad and Benjamin were extremely professional and calming as they effectively prepared and then finished the procedure. My nurse Melissa (6th floor Room7) was exceptionally helpful including the other nurses when they covered for her when , after a long wait, grabbed a wheelchair and personally took me to the car waiting area. I have had many heart procedures since 1989 but this by far was the most professional. Munson is an outstanding Hospital and we will tell others of our very positive experience.

In the past two years I have had two major surgeries done at this hospital center both requiring a two day stay. Without exception, the staff were pleasant and polite, the hospital was well maintained, and Iwas treated very well.

My husband was in Munson Medical Center the first part of September from a bike accident. There is not one thing we would change absolutely everyone was awesome. Munson should be a model example for all hospitals. And for that matter all businesses!!!!

The person giving the bad review is obviously a troll, as a professional care provider I have dealt with this hospital on several occasions as with several other hospitals in the area. Munson Hospital is top of the line, very professional and very caring. This is a five star nationally recognized hospital! Go away TROLL!!!

I was in Munson from March 30th to April 28th 2017. I had influenza B and Staff pneumonia. Every team of Doctors which were many were all Excellent and wonderful !!! The nursing staff was also Excellent and wonderful. A had not one complaint The food was great along with the service and the house keeping staff also wonderful!!!!!!!!! Thank you all at Munson!!!! No place I would rather go if Ill again!!!!! 😃😁

Worst night ever. Was at the hospital because my sister got into a car accident and didn't even see a doctor after 2 hours still waiting in the room. We heard the nurses laughing and talking right outside of the door. We paged the nurse and she had came in and said oh we don't know when the doctor will be here no update from the doctor. So we just walked out since no one came after waiting for 2hrs. Only if there was another hospital I would not come to this one They are lucky they are the only hospital in town.

I went in w heart and lung failure. Put me on respirator. I would not be home today if munson staff and God didn't want me here. Do not have enough great word for all the wonderful staff I had working w me.

Horrible hospital--from what I hear the fault lies at the top. I would rather go anywhere than here. Very unprofessional and I don't feel as if I can trust the health professionals most of the time, feel unsafe. Better off going elsewhere. A bad place to work, too, which is probably why patients are treated poorly. Administration just cares about money, money, money--not the health of patients and the community.

They saved my leg. Im from Gaylord we have a nice large hospital here. I have a gunshot wound to my right leg, they transferred me to Munson and they saved my leg. I spent over 2 weeks in here they wanted me to stay longer. The food wasn't bad. The staff was great. Only complaint is the lack of communication between everyone.

5 years ago here was the first step of surrender for myself. this place was the first to begin the change and an understanding for the rest of my life. not wanted to, but needed to. I am going to continue feeding the "NEXT RIGHT THING". ~God bless.
