Wish I could not even give 1 star. When you have to see and hear the disappointment in your son because the vehicle he wanted so bad and had already put down the agreed amount and that we were a mere hour or so from picking up had the terms and conditions changed last minute. So I was told that everything was approved and so I put the down payment on it and they would fix the one thing on it and we could pick it up on a Tuesday so along comes Tuesday and all of a sudden everything changed. I then needed more down on it and another person on the loan. Like I thought you said everything was approved and good to go. I have 2 cars from there already (not without issues on 1 of them) but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and go back even though some had told me to stay away. I didn’t listen and went back and never again will I do that. Having to tell my son that we weren’t getting his truck because they changed everything is not something I ever want to go thru again!! I will never buy from North Main Motors again!!!

Purchase experience was great at first Air bag sensor went bad in first 2 weeks. After some frustration Tony Groves made contact with my wife again and got us taken care of at a fair price. I am definitely happy with the fact they tried to reach a compromise.

This is absolutely the worst "dealership" I have ever dealt with! They sold me a wrecked/damaged car and lied to me about it during the purchase process. I plan to take action or sue over this matter as the safety features don't even work. I would highly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere!

Stay away! Got completely taken. Left with a car I should have had instant equity in due to trade in but what they didn't tell me was the car I was buying was in a wreck that caused frame damage and was not repaired correctly. So much negative equity now. They did not offer the car fax and I didn't think to ask due to chaos with the financing. Live and learn. This place is not what it used to be.

I talked to Ron a couple of times on the phone and he was not pushy at all, I stopped by unannounced a few nights ago and he was more than happy to help me on the spot. He acted as though he was expecting me and not once he gave me the impression that I had interrupted his evening in any way.
He answered all my questions and provided me with more information, I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle I was looking at the very next day.
As a small business owner, I understand what it means to shop local and I try my best to shop local as often as I can if not always, and going to North Main Motors was the right call. A family owned business that pours back into the community is a business worth investing in. -Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
