I am only giving the two star rating because the customer service has good. I wouldn’t say great but I’ve had worse. Now to give my review on why only two stars I recently brought in a barely used pack and play Minnie Mouse that retails for 110 dollars by the way along with a swing a baby bath a Minnie Mouse chair a tummy time pillow and a few other items mind you these were all gifts to me which is why I wasn’t too upset when they only wanted to give me 58 dollars for the items kind of cheap but I needed space for other items in my home. What really got to me is when they decided on my baby clothing they were going to only give me 18 for like 30+pieces of clothing??? Some of these items were brand new I had a swaddle in the tote that is a 33 dollar item not counting any of the other items they seem to be making way more of a profit then seems fair donyourelf a favor and just donate your items to goodwill atkeast then you the aren’t just trying to screw you over

I hate this location, they give you nothing for good things that you bring in .I declined twice to sell to them.I don't need the items anymore,but it's better to trash them or donate.Before I used to bring items to the Gahanna location and they are way nicer,but I moved to Dublin and Gahanna is too far.

We have never sold items here, but the ones we buy have always been in great shape, clean, and reasonably priced. They offer "just enough" larger items, and the clothing selection is great for newborn to 2 years.

Worth noting that they have regular 20%, 40%, >50% off sales. The pickings aren't the cream of the crop, but the prices are hard to beat. The only way to get kid clothes more affordably would be through shopping garage sales.

Nice place to shop for clothing when you have to outfit multiple children on a budget. Some things are used. Some things are new.

Good deals on toys and some clothing items. Most of the baby gear(swings, play pens/bassinets, bouncers)and the bigger toy items are way over priced. The pricing for alot of it is almost as much as buying at regular store. You might as well just buy new and get warranty and receipt in case something breaks. I also never bother anymore with bringing my own items to sell or use as store credit. It isn't worth the time spent gathering things and taking into store. They give you next to nothing for even brand new items. I prefer to just donate or resell myself.
