A ton of parts in this place! Even found a few of my old cars in here while roaming around. Picked up a handful of items and a set of used tires dirt cheap.

Can't ever get through on phone always goes straight to voicemail and then says it full and you can't leave a message to call back later..I couldn't tell ya about there service I can't get that far to even talk to someone at all!!

Responded fairly quickly to the towing request, but WAY overcharged for the service, refused to bill insurance directly, and charged a credit card fee on top of it.

I cannot recommend Kirby's Auto Parts and Towing enough! My son was stranded on a highway off ramp during the cold and snow storm recently and called in a panic. I am in Illinois, and my son was trying to reach Bowling Green Ohio. I went online and had the good fortune to find Kirby who sent out a truck right away and towed him into Bowling Green. His efforts were nothing short of heroic as the temps were below zero and the roads were littered with cars and trucks stalled or in ditches. We handled the transaction via credit card and while we certainly could have been taken advantage off, the rates were clearly defined ahead of time and reasonable. These guys are the best!!

I am a woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars and every time I go into Kirby's they treat me with the utmost respect. They always pull parts for me and they always give me a great deal. This is the place to go. It's a bit of a drive from Columbus but it's well worth it.
