My husband and I love G & R Tavern. We both commented on how great the food is, reasonably prices and filling. No body else has fried bologna or onion rings as good as G & R. Give it a try.

A great local dive bar serving up some of the most delicious, unhealthy food there is. I’m a fan of the pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks and the curly fries. Their signature bologna sandwich is great, too! It’s a cash and check only sort of place.

Well worth the stop. I remembered a story on local central Ohio TV about an amazing restaurant in Waldo famous for a fried baloney sandwich. Well I had asked my wife to go with me on a late night work trip and thought this would be a way to pay her back. She and I loved it. Well worth the hype. Will definitely make it a regular trip anytime I head that far north up state route 23.

Omg went there for the first time didn't know what to expect when my dad said I'm going for a bologna sandwich. My was it good not what I was expecting. The fries and shrimp we're not greasy at all definitely be back next time I'm out that way. Prices are not bad at all either.

Had a great visit. Food was delicious, best fried bologna burger was a lot better than expected. Although next time I might just start with the desert and take the sandwich home.

Hello I grew up with nine children and our family we grew up on bologna but the bologna at this tavern was the best I ever had and their pies are second to none I give them 5 Stars easily service was good girls were nice I tipped them well

I would of did 5 stars however the restroom wasn't a pleasant experience. The tavern atmosphere was great, I got to see to senior citizen's fight over who was paying the bill. Locals coming in and being greeted like familyit was like you was back home visiting your local watering hole. The food was great and for the amount of people that was there it didn't take long to get it. We stopped on a Tuesday evening and had to wait inline to be seatedit was packed. Only downfall was again, the restrooms. They have no stall doors, there's very little room and if you are a bigger felleryou ain't using it.

Decided to take a trip there as I grew up eating fried bologna sandwiches & couldn't resist! They were so tasty!! The service was amazing, owned & operated by an extremely friendly family who made us feel more than welcome. Well worth our drive & easy on the wallet! Prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend as we left with full bellies & smiles on our faces!

Great service, and awesome bologna sandwich! Stopped here on the way back home down US-23, and wasn't disappointed. I look forward to coming back and trying their cream pies. Everything is reasonably priced, and also delicious. I recommend trying this place out, or making a pit stop.

Decided to pull off the highway to get something local to eat. Asked around and was told this place had great baloney sandwiches. Stopped in and wow. Honestly if I am ever back in the area I will be stopping back here! You have to try it at least once! Great atmosphere as well.
