Sona darling Babasyan is the best sales woman I have ever seen! She helped me to find the cosmetic that is really working for my skin type. I ordered one cream from the store that will be receive it before Tuesday. Unfortunately I did't receive it on time. I called to Sona who was really nicely to help me to find out what happen and she tried her best to let me happy ! Therefore, I am going to buy my future stuffs at Nordstrom just because she is working there!

Nordstrom's prices were lower than normal this time of the year and I would suggest all who like their products to go there quickly. The service was excellent. The parking was excellent.

I visited the men's shoe section today for an Allen Edmonds shoe heel slippage problem. Virginia (if I remember her name correctly) was at the counter and provided me excellent customer service. Her suggestion resolved my issue completely. What an outstanding customer service! Keep it up!!

Found an amazing sales associate in the Encore department. She was happy to take half the store back to the fitting room. She found my friend a seat and a coffee. She was patient, friendly and still smiling at the end where I remarkably found several different looks to purchase. She even offered to walk it down to the Valet, which was tempting but I had to refuse. Her name was Sue.

Went to this Nordstrom for a bra fitting and a few weeks later learned at the Nordstrom in Indy where the SA was clearly more knowledgeable that I was fitted incorrectly!! That's $50 wasted as I no longer have the receipt so the SA at the other Nordstrom who kindly offered to return the incorrect size I was wearing was unable to do so. Will not be getting fitted at this location again and advise others to be cautious when doing so.

Good Nordstrom store with reliable selection. Staff are generally disinterested and unhelpful. Most everything is over priced for the quality.

MEN IN THE LADIES DRESSING ROOMS????

Nrdstrom has an ante-room just inside the ladies fitting room where extra people can wait for their companion to come out to show them what they are trying on. MEN are supposed to wait there. There isn't a sign stating this. But, ALL men know it. Most honor it. Muslim shoppers do not. When I saw a man, with his two young sons walk right down the aisle between fitting room doors, past women opening and closing those doors in various degrees of undress, I went to the desk to complain. I asked what the store policy is on this. There isn't one. I looked at the woman whom I had seen waiting on this woman I was referring to. She said, "THEY ALWAYS DO THAT". Nobody had said Muslim. but, the woman was wearing a hijab. Everyone standing around knew exactly what she meant. I was angry and told them to go tell him he had to leave. Someone left, came back and said, "they will be leaving soon." NO!!! "THEY" need to be told, in no uncertainty, that this is not going to be tolerated. "THEY" need to have security called immediately. I'm not dropping this. Nobody has a right to demand special privileges because of their "religion", then impose themselves on others privacy. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS, NORDSTROM?

I boycott Nordstrom. There are plenty of silent Trump supporters WITH Jobs. We will peacefully boycott your stores. Our network is wide reaching.

Not up to Somerset Collection standards. Somerset was the benchmark in luxury. Not so much now, with stores badly ran.

The updates to this store make absolutely no sense to me. The counters at most checkouts are not welcoming and as a customer you have no idea where you are supposed to stand. Sales people for the most part are fantastic but a woman at infants told me maternity was on the second floor and there was a service person there that said there was no maternity in the store and did I mean "in the mall". What? I'm at Nordstrom. If I meant the mall I wouldn't be there talking to him. Ugh.
Plus sizes are now hidden away up by the restaurant. ONe person working that dept with broken English and a terrible sense of style. What is going on? This is my favorite store and I'm just so despondent over what may be their lack of a future in this location.

Not up to Nordstrom standards. I found a dawn coat which was slightly damaged (feathers slightly coming out) Spoke to "Stephanie" General Manager" ( no ID tag) Asked her for a discount. She denied me a discount and said they don't want to sell me something that's damaged. Then how come they put it on a floor? Price of the coat is $233 after tax. Ended up ordering "new" one. Waited for 20 min for an associate to find a "new" one. Still no discount, not even 10% I told "Stephanie" this is not what I get to expect from Nordstrom & that it's not up to Nordstrom 's standards. She said that it is up to Nordstrom standards. So I left it at that.
