This place is pretty cluttered and hard to see what they are selling but once you do find something it's usually a score.

Rude staff Unfortunately. We had a guy named Merrick (?) at the register and he told me it takes too long to look up my nordstrom number because he wanted to leave for the day since his shift was over. And then when I asked if my Nordstrom card number was on the receipt he made me feel like and idiot and quickly said "you either remember your number or you don't!"

Selection is good, but the line to check out is horrible. I wanted to purchase one item, a purse. I asked an associate on the floor if they had more cashiers. She said "not right now". If the line is 15 people deep, it's time now. If there are stockers on the floor, move them to a register. A manager should keep an eye on these things. Part of your shopping experience is checking out. I went to Marshalls and came back :25 min later thinking it was just a rush. The line was no different. This was 2pm on a weekday.

Black girl in the fitting room was talking to me with an attitude sorry, I just made a purchase and you are paid out of my money spent here. And it's her job to put clothes back on hangers. Too sad that she can't even do that.

Large selection of apparels and shoes, price not as low as Marshalls or T.J.Maxx, you can almost pay the same price in department stores when on sale.
