Wonderful selection of both formal and casual wear. Even found bargains in sale room. Associates offered excellent suggestions for jewelry & accessories. Wanda was the bomb!

We had a 5 star experience. Wanda was wonderful in every way. She was a great listener and made such helpful suggestions. Wander helped us find the perfect wedding dress and we are Thrilled. Can't wait to get the mother of the bride dress nailed down

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received at Nitsa's! Chris went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to still put in an order for a dress that had already been discontinued. This bridal store has truly beautiful wedding dresses and I am absolutely ecstatic with the dress I was able to find here. Thank you!

I had been everywhere looking for my wedding dress..and absolutely nowhere compared to Nitsa's! Their gown selection had a wonderful variety. All of the dresses were gorgeous, and all unique in their own way. Chris was so wonderful to work with, as she chose selections that catered to what I was envisioning in my dream dress. When I began to need help deciding, she thought about me when making suggestions but also gave personal time when needed. It is so clear that she cares about each and every bride that walks through her doors.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience shopping for my wedding dress at Nitsa’s! Between the beautiful selection of dresses and the outstanding customer service, an extremely stressful process turned stress free. When I first arrived, I discovered that the dress I had been eyeing for a long time had been sold in a previous week. I knew I should have verified that it would be there when I made the appointment and was upset at myself. When the tears started to come, Chris and the staff went above and beyond to get the appointment back on track. They offered to reschedule and guaranteed that they would get that dress in for me to try, but also talked me into trying other options since I was already there with friends and family. After trying on several others, they found me the dress of my dreams! They also built a make-shift dress to give me an idea of what the other dress would look like on. Needless to say, I did not need another appointment and left confident in my dress purchase! Chris and the sweet bridal staff made me feel beautiful and I truly feel like I am part of the “Nitsa’s family!” The level of customer service and attention to detail that is offered at this local, family-owned bridal boutique is something you can’t match at the chain “big-box” wedding stores. Make an appointment and you will not be disappointed!

I wanted to get alterations on a dress i purchased from another store and the conversation i had on the phone was unpleasant. They acted like the store i purchased my dress from did not measure me correctly when i purchased my dress by stating "oh they got you the wrong size" when only the top needed altering (my hips are wider than my chest so i chose to get a size that would fit my feminine hips knowing my top half would be larger but a sacrifice had to be made). So NO the wrong size was not purchased or else i would be altering the whole dress. Expressed how they thought my dress did not have a "design name" like their dresses (which it does). They do have nice dresses which is why i gave two stars but their services were not great.

Nitsa's is incredible, the customer service is phenomenal and the alterations were perfect. The salon offers a small, personal feel but has a wide range of options for every type of bride. Chris travels to NYC and is extremely knowledgeable in fit, styles, trends and classic dresses. I called and asked if they carried a dress I was interested in and she ordered it from NYC just so I could try it on. Chris was so patient, helpful and accommodating and I would recommend Nitsa's to any bride!! I purchased the most beautiful veil and belt from them as well – they have the perfect accessories to make your outfit picture perfect! Thank you!!

I recently worked with Nitsa's on a styled wedding event. They were so kind and gracious, worked with our models' varying schedules, and provided the most gorgeous couture gowns! I would highly recommend them for all your bridal needs!

I went there today to get fitted for my gown (son's wedding) and I ordered my rehearsal dinner outfit as well. They were so kind and knowledgeable!!! I enjoyed the experience and the items that I purchased are beautiful. I also purchased a gorgeous flower girl dress for my neice. Great customer service!!!!!
