I came here today because I’ve been under the weather for a few days and couldn’t get in at my doctors office. I had an amazing visit! The staff was great I got called back immediately and the doctor did a quick look at me told me what was wrong and why what medications I would be receiving and why and how to take them! Thank you doctor Kearney! It was really the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care and has me chasing my mind about them in general! The lady’s at the front desk were sweet as could be also! I went at around 9 am!

They have labs in the building, got results the next day where as in another urgent care I went to earlier that day they didnt have half the labs I needed and wouldn’t get my results until a week from that day. Everyone was pleasant except the receptionist but wasn’t too bad. Will be my go to urgent care

I visited the occupational health side for pre employment needs. The staff was personable at the check in desk as well as the drug tester. For a walkin I felt it was faily quick.

Inefficient doesn't begin to describe the experience. Waited over 2 hours for a TB test. It is absurd to even charge for a service that takes 2 minutes and make you wait when they could provide drug and other testing in one area that could streamline the process and make it more efficient. Should never take this long for a 2 min procedure. I will go to Lab Corp next visit to ensure efficient time effective results.

Occupational med side staff are always nice and helpful. Never have to wait too long. I'm usually in and out in about an hour (that is from the moment walk through door to walking out)

I was absolutely disappointed. So it's walk-ins only. Ok, so I had to rush on my lunch break on a Friday. I asked for half an hour longer lunch break, thinking this was plenty of time. First they called someone that came in after me. When I let them know that they had skipped me they were quick to apologize. Then I was in the waiting room for over an hour. There was only one other person in the lobby before me, then they skipped me and yet they were taking so long to see me. I had to leave without even having been seen by a doctor.

Outstanding service! I'm so grateful! Nurse Practitioner (M Ragan) accurately diagnosed my 87yo mom's condition and we were able to get started immediately on a course of treatment for an outbreak of shingles. I was impressed! It was at such an early stage that it wasn't easy to pinpoint. But he listened intently and with compassion and gave us excellent information -- what to do, what to look for, etc. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with my visit to this urgent care. From the time I arrived the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. They also offered drinks to the patients and family waiting. It didn't take long to get into a room. I wasn't in the room long when a nurse came to check on me to see if I needed something to drink or a blanket. A few minutes later the doctor came in. Very thorough and explained everything for my follow up care. This was by far the best experience I have had at any doctors office or urgent care. They also did a follow up call the following day to see how I was feeling. I will definitely make this my go to facility.

Took 45 mins to get a flu test done, but the staff was really nice, and they gave me a warmed blanket to snuggle up with while I waited! I suggest going in the morning (around 8 or 9) if you want to get in and out quickly.

My wife went to Highland Oaks Urgent Care Saturday morning. She used the on line wait time registration. It is much like call ahead seating for a restaurant. It worked well for her.
Check in at the reception desk went smoothly. The staff was professional and most courteous.
My wife was promptly seen by Rebecca Cooper, PA-C who listened carefully to her as she described her symptoms. After a thorough exam and diagnosis, my wife left knowing she was going to get better soon.
We both recommend this Urgent Care Facilty . Most of the negative reviews about this Prime Care are related to waiting to be seen. Yes, there may be a long wait, go prepared with something to do. The wait may be incurred by the number of patients that come in at the same time. Use the online wait time registration before you go. The wait is also directly to the amount of time it takes the provider to do a thorough exam.
