Beth and Roe and all of the amazing staff are my favorite. This is the best place in Winston and North Carolina as well. They work with you and you make a lasting connection with your artist. Roe is mine. Beth at the front is so funny and kind she always has a smile on and likes to make jokes and have fun! It’s a great environment and I wouldn’t chose anywhere else for my art! Thank you to all of the amazing people at Deja Vu. You are my second home!

I was a little skeptical of this place because it's in the mall.. but I got my nipples pierced today & I'm so happy! They look awesome & the guy who did it was really nice & professional. I mean he had to see & touch my boobs & it wasn't weird, so I'm impressed. Thanks guys, you're awesome! 10/10❤

By far one of the best places to have tattoo work done. Two of my cousins have had sleeves done by Will. I have a half sleeve and I’m in the process of a full sleeve with Roe. Each time I’m go up there the staff is very friendly. I’ve sat in Roe’s chair for many hours and will be sitting in it for the rest of my tattoos. I can not express how happy I am with the work of Roe. He works very will with what you want and shows you what will look and work best with your skin. I haven’t seen a bad piece from any of the artist in there.

Got all my tattoos and my ears stretched here. Artists are very knowledgeable and counter staff has always been very helpful. They also carry some awesome after care products that soothe that little burn afterwards!! Wouldn't go to any other shop in this area!

This place is amazing! Great customer service at front desk, Roe was my artist and he did a awesome piece on my arm, heeled wonderful and coming back for him to plan out my sleeve. Would recommend this place anyone who wants to get any tattoo or piercing.

Awful customer service. My cousin and I tried to get a tattoo 2 days in a row and was told many different manners in which to schedule an appointment or not to schedule an appointment. Either way, I'm still confused. It seems as though they are picking and choosing who they want to work with? And the "owner" appeared to be under the influence of something when talking to us. The receptionist was extremely rude and impersonal and seemed as though she didn't want to deal with us either day. I've seen great work from this place, however, with such terrible customer service, they will never receive my business! Thumbs down!!! I gave a 1 star rating only because there is nothing lower.

New to Charlotte area and spent several months looking for an artist to start my sleeve. A friend suggested Sarah at Deja Vu, I must admit they are well worth the trip to Winston. Sarah and staff are professional and truly do their best to make your experience exceptional. Not to mention, Sarah's work is phenomenal, she took the extra time to really make sure my custom would look flawless and be exactly what I wanted. Regardless of where I relocate to in the future, I will definitely be returning for any further pieces I may want. Also, being in the healthcare industry for well over a decade upon entering Deja Vu, I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness and sanitation.

I stopped in this past Monday to get a tattoo as a walk-in. Everyone was friendly and professional. Eric was available to do my tattoo, and he did an amazing job. It looks so good, it is healing perfectly (actually, there doesn't seem to be much healing needed), and I have gotten so many compliments on it. I'm also asked who did it; it so happens that I'm from Ohio though, and no one wants to drive to NC to have one done, lol.

They ( Roe and Will)have done two of my tattoos and did a fantastic job. Very clean, cool and outgoing staff. I recommend to all my friends. Roe has now done 2 tattoos on me and they are fantastic. Beth up front is very nice and friendly. She made sure I had eaten and walked me through the process of getting a tattoo.

I was given a gift certificate by my son for Christmas 2 years ago yes. I have not been able to use it so I told my son he could use it. They refused to let him use it "since he was in a lawsuit with a previous business partner of Deja Vu". The gift certificate has no expiration date on it. Its not mine or my sons fault that you and your partner can't do business together. I own a business also and would not treat my customers like this. Word of mouth goes along way in a business and believe me I will let everyone know including the BBB

I have been to Deja Vu for tattoos and my nose piercing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is clean and comfortable.The staff is friendly and entertaining. The artists take time to really understand what you are asking for and have it come out right. The tattoos I've had done there are clean and beautiful! I will say that I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with going to Deja Vu. I'm not ashamed to say that I have gone to Deja Vu to get 4 tattoos from Eric in the last 2 months. His work is amazing. I get nothing but good comments on my tattoos and I send everyone to him that I can. I have gone so much that I actually feel like some of the staff are friends! Such as Eric and one of the front desk ladies! I enjoy talking with them while there and they make you feel super comfortable while there. I have gone each time with my mother, who has also got 3 tattoos from Eric and one from Will, all wonderful! My husband just received one from Eric as well. Needless to say, we LOVE Deja Vu. I would recommend this tattoo shop to everyone, and already have! Thanks for always creating something beautiful for me for my tattoos, I couldn't imagine them any better. Love them all!

Amazing group of talented artists. My first experience with them was in 2012. I love recommending them, and the looks I've gotten when people see my tattoo by Karen and I tell them it is in the mall. Adrian is great with piercing, and everyone is down to earth and open to helping you. 💖

I love DeJa Vu!! I love each and every tattoo I have!! I have had piercings done! It's a awesome place to go for your piercings and tattoos ! Very friendly,clean, and professional!! I wouldn't go any were else! They are the best!! I give a special thanks for Karen who has done the majority of all my ink she is awesome!! I can't wait for her to finish up one of my pieces!!
