Every time I've been there she has treated me with three utmost respect. I bought my 25th anniversary dress there and she altered it for me. Plus I bought my daughter's dress there. She has altered 10 skirts for me and dress paints for my husband and I've never had a problem.

She is a horrible seamstress. I took my daughter's pageant gown to her to have the train removed for a pageant. She had the gown for two weeks, and when I went to pick it up it was not even ready and had not been pressed. When I came back an hour later to pick it up and looked at the bottom of the dress, I saw where she had cut the top layer of the dress a whole inch higher than the lining and uneven all the way around the rest of the dress. She wasn't there when I picked it up and it took two days for them to return my call. I paid $70 for the alterations and press, and requested a refund because she literally butchered the bottom of my daughter's dress. I paid for the alterations when I first dropped it off because I trusted her to do the work correctly. She refused to issue a refund and asked me to bring the dress back so she could cut it again which would make it too short! The pageant is in two days and my daughter has rehearsal today and tomorrow, nor did I trust her to correct it since she butchered it the first time. She was rude and so was her husband and said they don't give refunds. I will indeed see them I'm court. DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM! SHE WILL RUIN THEM!!

Love Lucia, she's been altering my clothes for a long time. Do not understand the negative reviews. You need to get to know Lucia. She's not racist and the place doesn't smell. People from bad neighborhoods come in and expect everything when they might not have the best budget. The tekkayah person, however you say that kind of fake name is one of those people.

I walked in and it smelt awful. Asked if the dresses on the mannequin could be takin off so that i could try it. Was told no and got handed a different dress and was told to be careful trying it on. Very very rude people. I don't recommend this place for anything

She racist!! So is her worker! I went here to get my wedding dress and reception dress they did not want me to try on any dresses they looked at me as if I couldn't afford anything in the store when clearly I can if I'm paying for a 5, 000 venue!! Never shop with her if u BLACK don't go in there!!! They will look at you as if you don't belong!
