I had a very pleasant conversation with Jeff today, and even better, a very satisfying transaction. He gave me a significantly better price than I had been offered by a local competitor, and he was very open and honest about how he values items both when buying and selling. The shop is a little bit off the beaten path, but it's worth your time to find it!

I am not going to give a bad review at all because things happen in life that can not be helpedBut I agree with Ryan Jones a little about what he saidI go to Cooks Flea Market to buy some silver almost every weekendlast weekend on Sunday I made the 45min drive one way to pick some up only to find out the stand was closed but no big dealToday I did a google search to find silver dealers in Winston and found Apex Gold and Silver so I made the drive to Winston and pulled up to the store and there was a sign on the door "Had to close early today because of a house call" and also on the door I saw that the same people own the stand I went to last weekend at cooks lol but I understand things happen in day to day lifeAnd I know that the $60-$100 I would have spent won't make you or break you but I would have liked to be able to know you were going to be closed without having to make a 45 min drive to do soBut Super nice guy that I I have bought my silver from at your stand at Cooks and you don't try and rip off people with crazy prices way above spotso I will be backI just hope you are open next time :)

Drove an hour to this store after checking all local stores, and determining this looked like the best option. Arrived at 1 pm Monday at their store, during their posted business hours, only to be met with locked doors. I called them, only to have them tell me they would be "open Thursday." I took about 85 coins with me, my entire collection of silver coins included. If you change business hours like that, you should at least have a sign or a post somewhere on the internet detailing this. Wasted $10 in gas trying to make some extra money. Waste of time.

Jeff has extraordinary customer service. He showed me his gold and silver tester and explain to me how it worked and then gave me the best price of anybody in town on my silver purchase. Very nice couple and I'll definitely do business with them again!

One of the best prices i got in all of Winston Salem they even showed me how the math worked no secrets i like that. They paid me 75% of the value on my gold the guy down the road offered me 50% after i did the math very honest. Next time i get some gold going strait back to see Tania she was great to deal with cute dog there to thanks.

This is the place to go to sell your silver. This man is honest, fair, and has great integrity. I would not go any other place. I would recommend to everybody..

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Jeff was wonderful to work with; polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I took my coin collection in to sell and had a number in mindhe hit it right on the mark.
