I went to get suits for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding, and couldn't have been happier with how I was treated. Ahmed worked with me for weeks to make sure I had everything I needed, from picking out suits to making sure I had all the right sizes, even for out-of-town groomsmen. He kept in contact in between orders, and gave me great advice. He also gave me a spectacular price that really surprised me, and beat everywhere else I had looked by a wide margin. I could not recommend The Runway more, they will take care of you.

Worse customer service ever!!! My fiancé went in the store to look at some shoes that he was deciding if he wanted to get them for him and and guys for the wedding. And they were very rude to him. Even though he went in there a couple of times to see if he really wanted them. The lady and store manager cursed him out because he kept coming to look at those particular shoes. Worse place of business ever. Will never go there again

I had a horrible experience. The guy was just very rude since my entry. He didn't want you to touch anything. I mean I would like to closely examine what it is I am buying if it it real authentic stuff. He acted as if he would rather keep his retail neatly displayed instead of selling it. I was walking in ready to buy something but after that awful customer service I received , I will never give anyone my money who takes more pride in product then actually making sure his customer is at the least feeling welcomed. I am a very respectful young lady and I feel that I was more judged because of my appearance then looked at as a customer.
