Super shady. VERY pushy and actually lied to me. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Yikes.
I would totally recommen Nissan they are very nice and can get you in and get you out.
this review is for Nissan Sentra bought in 2011 (things might have changed since then). I found my car on their website and walked right in with no appt and was test driving within 15 mins; negotiated the price to what I found online and gave the manager an extra $150 than my asking price. Finance was great as they walked me through the numbers and did NOT force me to get an option; I simply paid for the taxes and walked out the door (no freight fee and minimal paperwork fee of around $200). I WAS DELGHTED with this dealer and walked out with car in 1 hr. Second car I have bought with first being a Tacoma and a much more painful car dealer process with around 3 hrs to finish deal.
Service staff was less than helpful, can't speak for the sales staff though
Average experience from a dealership. They concentrated on the money making recall work, forgot about one of the reasons why I came in there out of three things. The one defect wasn't covered under warranty (the door )which I thought should have been and don't blame them for not covering the other defect under warranty. They did fix my windshield wiper fluid reservoir for no charge (they reattached it)
The young man that helped my stepdaughter was awesome and so helpful. He fulfilled her dreams tonight and made her and her sons might.
We went there looking to purchase a new vehicle. My husband and I already had our financing worked out. We looked around the lot and had a couple of vehicles picked out that we wanted to test drive. Before we could tell the dealer which ones we were interested in he pulled up in a vehicle and told us to check it out. The one he had selected for us was one we had already eliminated as it didn't have all of the features we were looking for. We were trading in my husband's 2008 BMW. We had told the dealer we had just put a couple thousand dollars into the BMW but were just ready to upgrade vehicles. We then proceeded with the process of test driving a couple of vehicles. Keep in mind, during this whole process we felt like a "burden" to the salesman. Once we had decided on a vehicle we liked he asked us to "give him a minute while he ran the numbers". We were outside in the parking lot when he told us this. We had our 5-yr-old daughter with us at the time and it was quite hot outside. There was nowhere to sit outside and we were all sweating standing in the middle of the lot. After about 15 minutes we decided to head inside. The salesman was sitting in air conditioning in his office. Not once were we offered to come inside or offered a seat. We might not have been so offended by this but we did have our 5-yr-old with us who was sweaty and tired at this point. About 30 seconds after we came inside the salesman came out of his office and said "there's no easy way to say this so I'm just going to say it" and then proceeded to tell us that our 2008 BMW was "valueless" and they wouldn't give one cent on a trade. But we were approved for the vehicle of our choice at a great interest rate We came there knowing we were already approved at a great interest rate and we were serious about purchasing a vehicle. First of all, I've never been treated like we were getting bad news while in the car buying process especially when we have prime credit and had our financing already taken care of. But to tell us that our vehicle is "valueless" quite frankly offended both my husband and myself. It was like they didn't want our business and we were bothering them by being there. I will never purchase a car from there and I will never recommend anyone I know to purchase a vehicle from there.
My car was overheating and they failed to check the simple and basic stuff. I had a low coolant liquid and caused so much trouble, they checked the system and said it was okay nothing was wrong with it. After them, I visited another shop and fixed the problem for $15.
Also one of the service center representatives seemed to be annoyed by the customers and didn't care a bit. He took my car in and failed to check my phone number and left my car there for a day without letting me know it was done, and when i call the same service desk, they transfer my call to somewhere else where no one picks up the phone.
They dont seem to care so take your business somewhere else.
I took my 2015 Pathfinder in for an issue with my electrical system; they were able to resolve the problem quickly-kept me up to date throughout the day on what they were doing and asked about other services I may need. They took care of a recall, changed oil and air filter. All under $100. I was very pleased with their customer service and getting my car safely back on the road! I will definitely be going back!
This car buying experience was my first one. I was a little nervous purchasing my first car but the staff at Nissan made me feel confident. Mike, the salesperson, was awesome. He made sure the seat was comfortable for me , had my car looking awesome to pull off the lot in. He showed me the specialties of the car along with benefits of the space. The manager that I did paper work with , Brittany, was amazing. She had a deal for me that was too good not to take. Like I said, this was my first ever car purchase. I highly recommend Nissan State College for anyone buying a good quality car at a dealership I felt comfortable and confident being at. Thanks for the great experience everyone !
