If you are coming from any distance to look at a vehicle and they tell you that a vehicle will have a safety inspection, fresh oil change, and and an alignment check before you get there; I would advise getting that in writing before making the trip. Before you purchase the vehicle I would advise having the same service report attached to the bill of sale otherwise their standard note on the bill of sale "being sold as is" may be used to negate any verbal service promises that were previously made. Before purchasing make sure they have a valid inspection sticker on it that is "signed" by a mechanic. I would advise asking them to document in writing if they cleared any CEL codes on the car and to indicate what they were so you are aware that they may all come back on later. If the sale is intended to be reputable you will have no trouble obtaining this information in writing prior to the sale. I learned the importance of all these points in a sales transaction with Choice Auto Sales this year.

Wife and I buy a lot of cars and we'll be buying them from Choice from now on. Purchased 2 vehicles at the same time, one had some issues and these guys stepped up, fixing everything that needed done without question. If you want a fair deal on a good used car from a dealer that will stand behind it, this is your place.

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia. Our sales person Billy was amazing. We have never had a more pleasant sales experience than this one. No high pressure sales environment, quick process and Billy took the time to answer ALL our questions. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Choice Auto and when the time comes for another vehicle I will make the 2 hour drive from WV to Choice Auto! Thanks for the great service!!

I walked in looking at a specific car, an '05 Nissan Altima, and then browsed around their selection. I was really impressed with their selection and found an '08 Suzuki SX4 that I ended up liking a lot more. The car salesperson that helped me, Corey, was very informative and patient, and let me test drive the car. He helped me walk out of the lot with the Suzuki, making me one very happy customer. I would definitely purchase from them again if I ever need another car, and would recommend them to others. I would also go back for their other services with no hesitation.

My fiancée and I went in to look at their selection of cars and found a really nice Suzuki sedan. The sales person Corey was very friendly and helpful as we discussed all of the information and warranty. We were able to come to a great deal and now we own our first car! We had a great experience. Ray was easy to work with and very personable. Their lifetime powertrain warranty was such a great draw that we came all the way up from West Virginia to buy a car. We'll be back to Choice Auto when we're in the market for another car in a couple of years.
