We live not quite 40 miles from Watson East Chevrolet in Blairsville and getting to them we passed at least three other dealerships. My wife and I are very pleased with their sales team. They matched our trade-in offer from other dealerships and worked with us on our purchase. I will most definitely go back to them when I'm due for my next vehicle.

I went to Watsons several years ago and bought a Chevy Cruz No problem the sales person was excellent .. fast forward to this past December 2016 . I was in a vehicle accident my car was totaled .. I went back to Watsons to buy another car . had a different sales person.(I was told the other one was on medical leave) the salesman was very nice . I wanted a larger vehicle . I looked at few . the "high ups" were determined I was going to take a small Buick for a ride . I did not even want to look at it the "higher up" guy told ..NO literally ordered him to pull the Buick up and leave me take it for a ride now mind you I did not even want to look at it. I texted a friend of mine .
.luckily he was on his way home from work . I explained the situation when I called him minutes later .. he pulled in the lot as I walked out with the salesman I pointed out that it was about the same size as my Cruze give or take a few inches. needless to say ..my friend offered to take the car for a ride I said go ahead and went back inside . when they got back the "higher up" guy didnt realize I was sitting on the ledge near the door because they could not see me because of the cars in the showroom . they told my friend that that he needed to talk me into taking that car for approximately $350 a month payments .. ( remember I said I didnt even want to look at that car ) well my friend said if he could talk me into it the payments best not be a penny more .. and they all shook hands . needless to say the surprised look I got when I stood up after the conversation was over I left there furious . the next day I went down the road to TRI STAR KIA. ..Crystal & Harry were great help . I explained what I wanted . looked at several vehicals .. the next day (since it was very close to closing time) I went back and left with a Brand New Kia Serento !!!😊. I would highly recommended if you are looking for a car Go to Tri Star Kia ..and ask for Crystal or Harry . .. They were excellent and they go out of their way to help you . i have seen this with another couple I went with so they could get a "good "car. .. so I definitely recommend Tri Star Kia !!!!😊

got our new tahoe loaded with the goodies we had hoped it would have except a gremlin showed up on instrument cluster 1 mile from dealer.service department quickly resolved and thoroughly apologized for inconvenience.thank you watson for stepping up.my wife will now enjoy her purchase.

Our experience at watson was the worst teatment I have ever had trying to purchase a used car. The sales staff was very courteos and help full. The higher ups were not. That evening we test drove and liked it and discussed problem. They assured us they would fix it no problem. Called us the next day more or less to tell us they were adding the repairs costs to our total mind you they damaged vehicle themselves. This is Wrong to dump this on a customer. Buyer beware.
