I went in for personal reasons and the Dr on duty Elizabeth made Me feel so comfortable .. i usually dnt feel comfortable with any dr.s but she was Amazing .. ill definitely be returning when i need to see a Dr.

Came in because I dropped a laptop on my toe and was in extreme pain. I was the only person in line and it took about an hour to get back to the room. Pain wise it felt like my toe was broken, (it wasn't), I was told to just take tylenol. They didn't even clean it up (nail was cracked, had some bleeding) or wrap it so I could kind of walk. Was hoping to get something so I could sleep and be able to keep up with my toddler since i'm a stay at home mom. Waste of two hours, sitting in pain, and felt like they were treating me like an addict. I hate pain meds, but sometimes people really need them for pain. Go figure. Maybe there's a reason that when you pull out there is a sign pointing you across the street for the family medical center?

Was able to request and receive an online appointment (great service) rather quickly for my back pain.
This location and staff are very friendly and understanding each time I have (unfortunately) had to visit their location. PA Elizabeth was very diligent in diagnosing my issue, which provided a great resolve my pain. Again, all the staff is to be commended for their superior friendly, inviting and caring service.response / report this review -

I went in for a wound check up and when the physician was check my wound she had gotten blood on her. She asked if she could do a infectious disease test. I said yes as long as I won't be billed for it. The physician said that it would be covered under work mans comp. Needless to say I received a bill for it and after 3 months with talking with them to cover it I'm still at square one! I'm very disappointed about how they are handling this! My next step is to see what are my legal rights and go from there.

Great staff, very friendly also very attentive to whatever I need. The staff and doctors really care about the patients and was in and out in a quick manner but not rushed at all. Every time I have visited this urgent care it's always the same great experience. Doctor Elizabeth Middleton seems to really wanna help her patients. There is definitely not enough doctors out there with this type of passion. 5 stars.

I've been here a couple of times and every visit was very fast and helpful. This is a low key urgent care, and there is usually no wait time. Definitely my preferred place to go if needed.

My daughter and I went to this urgent care after a pretty bad accident. I was in so much pain from head to toe. They did not even have someone on staff that could write correct medications for muscle spasms and pain all they gave me was ibuprofen 800 after paying $150 office visit that is all I got. Talk. About a waste of money. Not to mention they never told me I had a concussion by the time I got home words were not even coming out mouth correctly along with major pressure behind me eyes and a constant headache. I will never use an urgent care again

This urgent care is tucked within a plaza so it's kind of low-key. I didn't have any wait time which was great. I arrived at 6pm on a thursday night and was seen right away. Staff was friendly and professional. I came in to get checked for strep throat and the whole process took about 20 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Wait for over and hour and a half with them taking new people in without taking my daughter. She has a full body rash with a fever. I had to walk out and take her to a place that actually gives a sh*t about their patients. Do NOT ever take anyone here. What a shameful disgrace of a facility. Sure as hell, not Urgent Care. Never again will we go to one of their facilities. The employees and facility are a crap shoot.
Also, what's the point of an Urgent Care that doesn't employ doctors, just nurse practitioners and assistants. What a joke.response / report this review -
