The staff here are excellent; friendly and knowledgeable, they will take the time necessary to inform you of what's really going on with your pet.

Will be bringing the rest of my menagerie here in the future.

Dr. Tanner is amazing. He is very thorough with your pets exams and explains everything so that you can understand what if any health issues your pet/pets are having.

Dr Danner is the most caring and helpful veterinarian I've ever met. Hopefully you'll never need it, but he will even come to your home if you ever need to have a pet put down - to make it less stressful for your pet, and you.

Completely disgusted and disappointed. I'm new to the area and have been here for 2 weeks. My dog was attacked by another dog and sustained a open chest wound that required sutures. I called the "Animal Hospital of Waterville" and explained my situation. I was told that they would not be able to see my dog today, but I could make an appointment for tomorrow. I thought WTF!- What kind of vet is this to refuse a potential new patient that had an emergency situation! I hung up and proceeded to call "New England Animal Hospital". I again explained my situation and was told to bring my dog in despite them being booked. I got there and found out that there was only 1 vet in and she saw me within 5 minutes, despite others in the waiting room. My dog was quickly assessed and I left him to get his sutures and was able to pick him up within 2 hours. This is how true animal lovers treat an animal in need. I also found out the the main vet and owner was out receiving cancer treatment for himself.
I encountered great staff and was treated great by the people at "New England Animal Hospital". I would recommend them in a heart beat. As far as the "Animal Hospital of Waterville", two thumbs down!

Very nice staff, I brought my male sugar glider in for neuter and was a bit nervous due to being such a tiny animal but the doctor was very reassuring, he answered all my questions and a few hours later the staff called me to let me know I could come pick up my guy. His recovered very well and in all truthfulness was his regular self that very night, doing everything he normally did. Their prices are fair, as we all know vet expenses tend to be costly it's good to know we have a local vet that doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

Dr. Slack and his office assistants have cared for all our cats. They are wonderful to work with and take the extra steps to insure you understand and they do what they can to care for animals. We would recommend New England Animal Hospital to anyone for any animals. Thank you for everything.
