What a joke. Tina is very disrespectful and argumentative. If Tina was not so rude I would have been OK with this place but when an employee argues with you saying you never checked in when I checked in with Scott, and then continues to argue and interrupt me is way out of line.

Another issue with this place. When I checked my cat in with Scott I got a call an hour later accusing me of just dropping my cat off and talking to no one when I talked to Scott. Scott said I never spoke with him what so ever. So I got scared as to who took my cat. It was Scott, he clearly does not pay attention to his guests. And when I explained to Tina she just argued and basically acted like I was retarded.

I do not recommend their awful clinic to anyone!

This Clinic had a contracted vet Fill in to neuter my dog and when my dog was returned to me the vet had basically butchered him. It was terrible. He had to get emergency care and has an extremely long recovery ahead of him. Its sickening. We weren't even sure if he was going to make it because he was bleeding out so badly. He was covered in blood because the veterinarian never finished stitching him up inside correctly. I understand that not all the Vets there are bad. However, whether this vet was a fill-in/relief vet or not, they should know and trust the Vets they have working for them because it is a reflection on their business. When I asked about the vet they could not tell me anything about him not even where his practice was. If you're going to have veterinarians that work for your clinic, weather it's temporary or not you should know that they are reputable and do good work.

The Greyhound clinic provides excellent veterinary services at reasonable prices, all breeds are welcome and they see cats too. The dogs they offer for adoption are such great companions. You should go to a greet and meet in your area to experience the Greyhound mystique first hand. We have been blessed with two greyt dogs from this clinic, the staff helping to pair us up with the perfect dogs for us. They offer excellent care and better dogs.

I think it sucks that the buses DO NOT stop down town Augusta. A cab ride from the only bus stop in Augusta to just about ANYWHERE short of WALMART costs $15-$20. It should NOT be that hard to have a DOWN TOWN STOP.
