We have had a wonderful sales experience with purchasing two Cadillac Escalades from Bob Henderson.

Our service experiences have been less than wonderful. The most recent experience included:
    - poor appointment information (promised a loaner vehicle and upon arrival there was no loaner vehicle reservation connected with my appointment)
    - I was able to use a loaner vehicle for the day but since one was not reserved for me, I did not have an Cadillac nor a vehicle of a comparable type
    - the loaner I received had a terrible cigarette smoke smell. if I was going to need it for more than 24h I was going to request a new vehicle due to the smoke smell
    - I was told my vehicle was being washed & vacuumed at the end of my service appointment and it was not

The service done on my vehicle itself went smoothly, thank you. I received 2 follow up emails from MacMulkin to rate my service experience. I then received an email from Cadillac to rate as well. I filled out all 3 surveys and still have not heard back from the dealership regarding any of them. Joe from service called but only in reference to the work performed and not my customer service experience as reviewed in the online surveys.

One guy they need to teach manners too. I decided to drive in with hubby because he's a car hauler and we never see each other and this guy comes out talking to him like he's low life. First off he's in the Military and defends your sorry ass and second he's a hard worker 60, 70 hours a weekyou try doing this job you wouldn't last 5 minutes. He just bought me a 30k jeep and I've had plenty of vehicles so you need to rethink who you think your talking down too. Not to mention my son has his own business and I believe he buts his fleet here hmmm think I'll tell him to go elsewhere. People really need to watch their mouths you are NO BETTER THAN THE NEXT GUY. You sit on your fanny all day awaiting a sale while our husband's work their asses off to deliver those vehicles your selling. Yeah you really set me off this morning!

My sales person was the best. You could tell this just wasn't a job to him. He thoroughly loved his position and he is great at it. Thanks for an awesome experience Kenny!

Absolutely the best experience I have had making a purchase. Tommy Jr, Tom Sr. and Kenny G with the sales team were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my very first 2017 Corvette Stingray Grand Sport. Kenny G. took me through the beautiful showroom and pointed out all the different packages and options and helped me pick out the perfect car. Great dealership, Honest people, Great deals. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chevrolet or Cadillac. They also have a huge used car inventory and State of the Art Body Shop! Thank you Mac Mulkin Family for the awesome experience. Chad

They sold me a truck without the title!! Can never get a straight answer on the phone and it's been 11 days since I bought the truck. It will sit in my driveway until they mail me the title because I can't register it without it! They also won't give me a spare key because it is to expensive. Sales man Larry doesn't return calls and won't give you a answer your looking for. Poor experience at best.

I have been purchasing cars from the Thompson's since I was twenty years old. The dealership is wonderful from the receptionist, to the service, and finance manager. They always speak to you and help you with the upmost respect. Kenny G delivered the truck to us and was absolutely wonderful. There is no other dealership that compares to MacMulkin Chevrolet, their inventoryand staff, are phenomenal! I have purchased a new car every two years for thirty years. Always with Bernie :)

I was extremely pleased with the recent purchase experience I had at MacMulkin. Their prices and inventory were better than any other place i looked at. Specifically Mark and Kenny G both worked so hard to make sure i could get the car of my dreams. they accommodated me coming from out of state, worked extra time along with other staff members to get the car out of the warehouse and ready for me overnight, and Kenny took special time to familiarize me with every aspect of the vehicle before i left in it. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and treated me with kindness and respect. i never felt like i was being pushed or deceived in any way. i cannot say enough good things about my experience and i will always highly recommend MacMulkin for car purchases but especially for Corvettes because they are experts! thank you so much!!!

Outstanding customer service from the time I inquired online to arriving at the dealership. The woman I talked to on the phone was the first person to be honest about online pricing as the 4 other dealership I had visited before calling MacMulkin had pulled me in on complete BS and things I didn't qualify for. I appreciate the honesty! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. The dealerahip itself is very clean and updated. I will recommend everyone I know in the process of buying a car to MacMulkin Chevrolet and Cadillac. I will be returning for my next purchase.

Before going to the dealer i had looked through the cars and decided upon the vehicle i wanted to purchase largely based on the price. I found the price to be low for a 2017 Malibu . However, I looked at a few other dealerships and saw their prices were about the same. When arriving to MacMulkin I not only had to ask the girl at the front desk multiple times to talk to a sales rep but it took 30 minutes for anyone to come over to speak to me. We walked over to the Malibu in the back lot, guy was pretty nice at first, i liked the car so we headed back in. Make a long story short i asked about the price he said "I don't meet the requirements for the online price". that "someone in your house has to be leasing a chevy in order to get the online price and some other stuff, i don't really know". I told the man i looked everywhere and saw nothing on their site that said that. I asked for him to show me where it said that because at the moment he was offering me the MSRP price which was $10k more than the online price! I proceeded to show him not only the online advertised price but the price on the show room floor of MacMulkin with the same advertised price with again no mention of these stipulations! I asked multiple times for him to please show me where it says these price stipulations. He continuously said "I don't know, i don't make the rules and you don't qualify for the online price". I would never have went to the dealership if they were not going to honor the online price. They wasted my time i didn't appreciate their customer service and lack of explanation. Don't go there thinking you're going to get an online price you're not.

Purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport and was delivered to Chicago just this past Saturday. It was a very smooth transaction. After calling 20+ dealers Mark beat everyone's price and I'm glad to I purchased from him. The communication was very clear regardless it's out of state. Mark stayed on top of all the details and communicated every step of the way. Thanks Mark

Great to deal with, one of the easiest car purchases I've ever done. Tommy Jr. & Kenny G on the Corvette team made the purchase easy and painless. Kenny G in particular was very helpful, his enthusiasm for the car shows. I would certainly recommend them to others and will be back if I buy another Corvette.

Not impressed this is the second time someone called me in regards to my resume. Both times the receptionist has no idea of my arrival and both times after I walk out they call me back with a excuse of being late. I observed them to be very judgmental. An old guy stood and stared at me while every guy on the phone was slick haired and shiny. The used cars sales man is what gives sales a bad stereo type. They have tons of imports they need to sell you at a cheap price I bet. KIA AND MITSUBISHI com on, the president just stated the auto industry is being held at ransom yesterday. Korea doesn't buy Chevy, good luck.

I just bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox a few days ago and I must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been to many dealerships in NH and they all seem to care more about the money then the actual reason for buying the car. I was flipped in my car about $7,000 dollars and I thought for sure that I would not be able to trade it in and keep my payment relatively low. I was wrong. They only raised my payment by about $100 a month and cut my term in half. That is what I call a great deal. MacMulkin Chevy in Nashua has my business for life now. I will not shop at any other dealers or get my car serviced anywhere else. Thank you to all at the dealership who made this possible. I feel like I am in such a better position now.

Good place, Service people are over the top helpful wanting great reviews, yet what's promised, and what get's charged, are two different things. Not thrilled about the sales staff, On the good side, they have a great repair division, and they also have free cookies and coffee! I go there for recalls only now because of their overcharging me.
