We were walking up very fast at 4:59 on Saturday Oct 14th knowing they close at 5. Needed 1 part and the lady looks right at us and locks the door in our face. We knocked and she kept on walking. Our car is broke down and NAPA is the only one with the part. We live in Clermont and now have to have the car towed. I WILL NEVER GO TO NAPA AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Acknowledged as soon as we walked in the front door, fast service and friendlyneeded a new battery for F150.,. Shopped the other 2 online and by far Napa has the best price
