My mom and I went in not thinking anyone would be able to help us and get my new car before I move away from home. Surprisingly and thankfully, our service dealer, Ryan, did such an amazing job with not just selling us the vehicle and making us to want it more, he was amazing at convincing his boss to buy my trade in also, and just in time for Christmas! Ryan, thank you! This was definitely an all time Christmas for me!

Compared with other Honda car dealers, Honda of Ocala is the best Dealer.
This place they have been several times change ownership past 30years, still they keep reasonable Price, best automobile Quality, Courtesy from dealership. I am happy to give five stars, recommend all other buyers.

I worked with Todd McBride to secure the purchase of my new civic. He was like no other salesman I have ever experienced! Calm, courteous, and not at all over bearing. HE actually listened rather than trying to talk over me and tell me what I wanted. I could not be happier with the experience or the deal I got. I would recommend Todd to ANYONE searching for a new or used car! Thanks Todd!!!

I took my car in for service due to a recall. They not only fixed the problem, but also fixed another recall that I hadn't even been notified of. My car was dirty from a trip we had just returned from, and they sprayed it off, even though it wasn't what the car was there for, and I hadn't asked them to. It made me feel really good about my experience with them, to know that they go above and beyond, even with something as simple as spraying the car off. I will definitely use them for all my service needs on my car.

After the way Jenkins Hyundai treated me I was ready to forget trading in my car. Ziggy at Honda of Ocala was amazing. Professional, jovial, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and attentive. He was the first salesman in 5 dealerships to LISTEN to what I was saying instead of try to talk me into what's best for him. Keep this guy! My dads ready to go back for himself and will "only work with Ziggy". I'd recommend him to EVERYONE.

Edited review. The repair shop i gave 5 stars once upon a time. but the dealership side i have to give 1: Went there last summer, it felt like the floor of the NYSE; there was shouting and haggling and haranguing; salesmen with polyester suits & slicked hair were smirking. I waited hours to test one of their used Fits, was promised a gift card i think for 20$ just for coming in, but never got it. (and i went in 3 times, god why? i don't know, i really wanted a Fit at the time. And my wife was not even allowed to drive it when she went alone! ) I didn't buy it in the end. There were lots of other dealers out there .. Following is the shop review that i wrote a few years ago and may still be true: "This is not one of those shops that will inspect you car, and then try to sell you a new fuel filter and air filter and a wheel alignment (unless you realllllly need one of those things). They change your oil and then they say "The car looks great. See you in five thousand miles!""

I was looking to buy a Civic Type R for a while and called different dealerships trying to get someone to work out a deal with me as i was always a serious buyer but apparently wasn’t good enough to them, they either say they would call me back or gave excuses until I called Honda of Ocala and spoke with Todd McBride. He went above and beyond, made me feel like a priority and did everything in his power to make a good deal happen to purchase my car. He was always friendly and answered all my questions. He made sure we didn’t spend all day at the dealership (I took my wife and our 3 girls) and stayed on top of all the paper work to speed up the process. Todd and the staff at Honda of Ocala were all friendly and patient! Carmelo was also friendly and great team player with Todd. I would recommend Todd and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive from my home who had a Honda dealership 20 mins away, but it was the customer experience that made me choose Honda of Ocala regardless of the distance.

My 2017 Civic Si purchase was amazing!!! My expectations and needs were taken care of with kindness, patience, and respect and simply VIP treatment. Any concern or question I had was given attention to help educate me of all my options so I could make a well informed decision. Kevin Cash and Nick Rodriguez were excellent to work with. Kevin kept in touch with me and gave me all the relevant information I needed prior to me getting my vehicle and Nick took care of me while I was there at the dealership. Great guys and great service. I would absolutely wholeheartedly refer friends/family to this dealership.

I recently went in to have service done on my Civic and from start to finish it was a truly pleasant experience. Every single team member I encountered was professional and helpful. I love the use of technology ( text message and emails) to keep customers up to date on repairs. You can even pay your invoice/bill online prior to picking up your vehicle. Great service and convenience that's a winning combo!

We were shopping around for a new vehicle. Stopped by Honda of Ocala and we were greeted by Mr. Mike Lehman. He's uber friendly and made the whole business transaction exceptional pleasure. Even after we purchased our vehicle, he make sure we are happy with the car and took good care of my family. We highly recommend those who stop by Honda of Ocala to ask for Mike.

Very easy to deal with, no pressure sales. I found a car that I wanted at Honda of Ocala, but lived 200 miles away. They were very prompt and thorough in answering all my questions, gave me a fair trade in on my car, and a great price on the car I bought. Very honest dealership. Jack Daniel, the salesman I worked with was very personable and thorough in explaining all the features of the car I bought. Highly recommended!!

One of two things is true about the service department at Honda of Ocala - they either don't know what they are doing and they really believe things are okay with your vehicle, or they lie and say that it is to get you out of there. Given that they make money on "selling" you more repairs, it seems to be the former and they really don't know what they are doing. One of my tires was losing air and they couldn't find it. Not only did they break the sensor light when they took off the tire but the service technician actually asked if it was possible that someone was letting the air out of my tire as an explanation. The previous time I was there, I told the service technician we were going on a long trip and was concerned the check engine light was on. He told me he checked everything and it all looked good so not to worry about it. I have a report from Honda of Ocala showing that everything they checked was on "green" meaning it was in good working order however, I ended up at another Honda Dealership in another state because the car wasn't running right and they couldn't believe that they didn't see that there were safety and performance items that needed attention. The other Honda dealership serviced my car and all was good. I will never take my car in there again.

I highly recommend Nick Rodriguez if looking to purchase a car. He is the most honest and straightforward salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was he professional, but friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to follow up with me. He listened to all the qualities I was looking for in a car and was able to make that a reality at my desired price point. I have nothing but positive things to say. I definitely recommend Nick to anyone wanting to buy a car!

Amazing staff and sales team. Very attentive and catering. Matt and Frank are both amazing at what they do. If you are looking to buy a new or used car I would definitely start with them, I know it would have saved me a lot of time. Finally, a dealer you can trust!!
