You always know an honest business when your trying to get a specific item and they dont carry what your looking for. But they still want to help get what your looking for even if it means refering you to the competitor.

I am a road master love to travel and drive! But I stepped into Discount tire to change two of my tires and the staff was very warm welcoming and understanding but most of all they were caring! They proved to me that their service goes beyond the work they do inside the building, they truly care about your safety on the road. I didn’t have a lot of money to buy all four tires but the were reasonable and help me find a solution to my financial situation. They were determined not to let me leave the building unsafe and to me that is the greatest service I have ever had at any place God bless you Discount tires you and your staff I pray you guys have the most successful business ever!

Over the years we have come to trust Mr. Torres for he is always straight, up front, and tells us exactly what we need after listening to us. I called Discount Tire the day before and spoke with Mr. Torres asking him to make me an appointment for the next day and would he pick out a set of tires for my wifes small car. I told him what our budget was and that I needed a decent tire but not top of the line. Mr. Torres looked at some things gave me a quote and told me about the tire. The next day I arrived for my appointment. I came in and asked for Mr. Torres, the first thing I noticed was that he was no longer in the front but was working in the back. Here is where the problem started. The person who now was helping me up front looks at the order and then says, “I see the tires Mr. Torres has you set up for and although they are a decent tire this would be a little better for you. I understand they are for your wifes car and the important thing is her safety.” I have been married for 20 years and don't need someone "Up selling" me telling how to keep my wife safe. I like discount tire and have found Mr. Luis Torres to be very professional and honest. If you shop at Discount Tire in Ocala ask for Mr. Torres.

Worst ever bought 4 tires told them to put the best tire I had on my truck as a spare they put my flat tire as my spare and never switched out any of the tires so the tire with the sensor is now my spare with a hole in it

Update as 08/11/2017Well if you notice I'm opting to once again give them my business. This time I decide to do everything on line because I notice that it gives you the option to REMOVE the valve stem, nut & rubber kit they force you to buy in the store. GuessI schedule an appointment for Monday the 14th at 8am. They call me today so I'm upfront & I tell them I'll go BUT if you notice I removed that TPMS valve service you guys do. He proceeded to tell me that it was mandatory as it's a federal law. Folks like if I was born yesterdayLOL..I asked me for the statute regarding such law & he started to mumble then said it was their policy & if I didn't pay for it they would NOT mount the tires. Needles to say I've opted to reach the senior vice president out of their regional office & I'm eagerly awaiting his call. FYI I also found out that the Arizonian Silver Edition III is discontinued. I'll update again once I hear from their regional VP.
Joke! Don't go here! Not tire experts but tire (up) sellers. They nickel & dime you to death & their prices for such items are very ridiculous. They do NOT align tires so good luck proving issues with tires they will ALWAYS find a reason NOT to honor manufacturer tire warranty. Their tire rotation is equivocally WRONG if you follow it your tires WILL NOT last. (I bought 45000 thread tires currently 50000 miles & still have over 10k miles to go b4 I need replacement by strictly rotating front to back no "X" like they push & perform) They are in the business of making sure your tires wear quickly & not last. FYI no we don't have one here but COSTCO is the best priced non alignment tire seller & honor manufacturer warranty as far as wear & tear unquestionably.response / report this review -

Ripped me off for a tire, came in with 1 screw in tire. wouldn't put on my spare or plug it, made me sign a waver saying ID BUY A TIRE if they couldn't repair it. then lied to me and said I had 'several' nails in tire wich I didn't. wouldn't put my spare on to get me home so had to purchase 1 tire. we will NOT BUY ANYMORE TIRES here. My husband was a loyal customer. also was not busy that day and made me wait over an hour! never again. Id give zero stars if I could

Been around the block a few times with Tire People.These people are true professionalsrecomended by a friendThey fixed my tire which had picked up a piece of metal and rotated for FREE! I had never been there beforeMr. Torres (senior assistant manager) was very friendly, they never tried to sell me anything, just fixed it and I was on my way.

We found a huge screw in our tire one day before leaving for vacation. We drove all over town looking for someone to patch, plug or replace all four tires. No one would patch or plug it and no one had the tires we needed in stock. Discount tire agreed to replace all four tires just one hour before they closed for the night. The had friendly service and were a clean, family-friendly environment unlike other auto shops. Very satisfied with this facility!

Great service and a great value. Provided free tire repair and checked tire wear. Fixed pressure sensor that would have cost much more at the car dealer. Thanks Louis Torres for great service.

I always receive great service. Highly recommend. I highly recommend purchasing Cooper Zeon tires there too. Great tires. Nice balance between handling and ride on my 2007 Mazda6s. I have driven on Cooper Tires now for 20 years!
