Best prime rib for a chain establishment. Been to 3 different ones in Florida and all are excellent. Highly recommend.

Originally I loved this place. But they seem to have gone way down hill. Food prep seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes it seems to be dried out.

Great Food, with a nice variety, & Yes vegetables. The Best Ceasar Salad evereat all you can.or want. They serve it in a cold steel bowl., Nice Happy Hour ..3-7. Friendly..helpful employees. The decor of a Route 66 theme is wonderful too, you will find your eyes roaming, as can never see it all. Bring your camera.

The best steaks in town with an old time country atmosphere. A family dinning section with booths, and a section with a bar and tables. They even have their own brand of steak sauce that you can purchase. I really enjoy it there.

We eat at Cody's near our home alot. We expect great steaks, the hot rolls at he meal beginning, along with the great salad (usually too full to eat our steaks). We had an issue with the medium rare prime rib not cooked enough, quite red and almost cool inside, but they took it back an brought another perfectly cooked.! We'll always go back to Cody's for now as the food is always great with large portions.

The service was AWESOME!! Dee is wonderful! The snow crab legs were a little small but the salad was great and the rolls with cinnamon butter was yummy!! Gotta love throwing peanut shells on the floor and playing hangman on the paper tablecloth!!

Very pleasantly surprised! I'm not a huge fan of this style of restaurant, but went because one of my friends recommended it. Great drinks, great salad, very good value, and pleasant service. I would definitely go back.

Great for sitting outside. No a great view as it sits on 200 but its comfy when it's cooler outside. Foods good and plentiful. Nice wait staff. Great place for Thanksgiving!

Down home atmosphere with freshly made down home food. Great NY strips at a GREAT price!! Service was exceptional. Not one, but two managers stopped by to ensure everything was okay. Friendly staff.

They are way over priced for what they offer. The steak was good but everything else was pretty much gross. The kids wouldn't even eat the mac&cheese. Hummm. They need a serious menu change and food upgrade. Don't waist your money or your time. The server we had was great though.

Very good tasting food. Not that great for seafood but everything else was great. The waitress was super friendly with our kids and was overall wonderful. The inside is designed very nice.

I absolutely love Codys steak house but the steaks here and in the Villages are 80% of the one in Crystal River. I will drive the extra 15 miles, Crystal River is always a wait so expect that. Food and staff are excellent.

Arrived on a Tuesday evening around 5:30. Seating was great due to the time, it was around shift change so it took a bit longer than expected. Atmosphere was great and service was comparable. Everything went well until I got my food. I ordered the 10oz top sirloin and a loaded baked potato. The steak came rare and the potato looked and tasted as if it had been in heated holding all day. Drinks came after waiter forgot them. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the only offer to make things right was to put my steak back on the grill. No seasoning and bland taste actually made me try to eat it with A1 sauce. Worst steak ever, and this is a roadhouse restaurant known for steaks. Manager finally comes near the end because server can tell I was unhappy and took the sum of the steak off. Don't let a 1st time experience deter you from such a great roadhouse experience. Be sure to leave your peanuts on the floor!
