Kenny and Bonnie understood that a loaner vehicle would save the day for me. My Hummer wad repaired properly at a reasonable price and they cleaned it as well. That just blew me away. Thanks team!

An honest service departmentnew to the area, and I'll definitely be back. (Though, hopefully not too soon.) They were collectively forward, offered options to help save money and extremely courteous throughout my entire visit. Speedy service for a dealership. 2 thumbs up.

Bought a used 2002 suburban from a private owner and these guys did a once over and changed all the fluids and some other maintenance and worked with me on the price and did a good job. They also cleaned it for me and did an amazing job engine under hood inside and outside of truck and when I say amazing I mean AMAZING! This place is 1 hour out of my way and I will continue to use them for major service. Thank you guys

I would highly recommended this dealer if you are looking to buy a vehicle. They are honest and stand behind their negotiations. They will not sell a vehicle out from under you if you are seriously negotiating a deal, unlike another dealer that did that exact thing to me. 5 stars. Excellent review.

My sales guy Wayne Davenport made buying my truck a pleasure. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've had to date. I've always targeted dealerships in the city (Orlando) thinking they had a better selection and that I would get better service from them. The experience my family and I had with Wayne changed our minds completely and will certainly bring us back to Vann Gannaway for our future truck needs.

The sales representative was exceptional. He went out of his way to explain the equipment on the Malibu. He was willing to walk us through the process in obtaining Al's GM deduction . He made sure Sue understood the finer points "workings" of various parts of the dashboard. This is the second vehicle that we
Purchased from Van Gannaway Chevrolet. He was so helpful with our purchase of Our 2004 Buick that we

We did most of our transaction for our new Malibu via email. All messages and questions were promptly answered with complete responses. When we arrived for our appointment everything was exactly as discussed and agreed to - no drama, no games, no issues. What a wonderful car buying experience. We had to drive about 125 miles from home to find a dealer who actually "gets it" but it was worth it.

If your looking for an car dealership where you can find friendly, hard working, honest and dependable folks look no further. I have been a customer of Vann Gannaway Chevrolet for 15 years. The sales staff, finance officers, service personnel make you feel welcome and at home when you visit. Their service department is second to none. Wayne, Rob and Joel are three great people to work with when buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Vann Gannaway Chevrolet.

They are awesome is all departments. From buying my car to getting its routine maintenance, the employees are always happy and helpful!! Especially in the service department! I had to come in late to my servicing appt due to being stuck at work and after I called, they fit me in with no issues, were happy to help, still got me in and out quick and i was in my way! They are great!

I went to Kelsey's in Eustis to get an oil change, they wanted 80$
My BF decided to call Vann Gannaway & they told him to bring the vehicle in.
Before I even got outta my vehicle, I had someone asking me what I needed help with. Once that was all taken care of my boys & I waited in the waiting room. A nice lady came up to give the kids coloring books etc. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, & they took well care of my car.. and my family. Amazing service. Vann Gannaway is the only way to go! Mike in sales is top notch! He hooked me up with a blacked out midnight edition equinox. The car was a gift for my wife. Their whole experience is seamless and hassle free centered around the customer. The finance manager Tony was also top notch and their accessories guy Joel is the man. This is really the last good ol guys dealership around. I will only buy from these guys. Thanks Mike, Tony & Joel

I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a 2015 low mileage vehicle recently and never felt pushed to make a deal or to buy something we didn't want. Wayne took great care of us. He knows his products well and is easy to work with. The car was ready when they said it would be and clean as new.
