My husband and I purchase a 2018 Outlaw 38RE from Chelsea at Campers Inn in Leesburg, FL .
I cannot say enough good things regarding this team. Starting with Chelsea who was a phenomenal sales person then we have Cameron the service manager to Rich, Kay, Larry, Juan and Sean the sales manager , they all made us feel welcome on a major purchase that I was extremely nervous about given what had happened 3 weeks prior to this sale, we had went to Camping World in Kissimmee to pick up an RV and had a terrible experience when it was not ready so we stop on the way back really to just look but here we are 3 weeks later with a beautiful RV. When we decide to purchase a diesel in about a year these people will be the first people we call. Thanks again so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So disappointed in this place! I live here in Fl. My air conditioner broke in the hottest part of the year. I came into Campers Inn looking for a new thermostat. Randy Gjerseth an assoiciate there looked up the part number that I needed and sold me a thermostat for $74.89. As soon I got it back home I realized it was not the correct thermostat! I had to call dometic and order the correct thermostat from them for $137.00. So I called Campers Inn and spoke with their sales manager. It was a lady. I do not recall her name. She was very rude to me and told me she did not have any suggestions to help me with this matter even though it was the store employee who misled me in the first place. I will not be buying anything from there anymore.

Guy was super. He sold us our 30 footer Class C Motorhome. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely go back for anything needed.

this is the last place to go if your looking for honesty and integrity ! These people have no respect for you after they get there money. Bought a 2014 Sandpiper by Forest River. Campers inn ,forest River or Lippert chassis take no responsibility for the lack of quality in there products.

I used this service dept 9 months ago very pleased.Just picked up my coach again more serviced worked performed.I can honestly say this has to be the BEST service dept in central fla if not the whole state. As we all know purchasing a rv is easy to do having it serviced is a different story. Thanks for a great team at campers inn of Leesburg.

Found this place last year when I needed parts for my RV. It was good to know they carry parts you need at a good price. Wish I could have found this place before going to camping world and waisting my time and money. Once again I had to go there this year for parts.

Denny and the staff at Campers Inn in Fruitland Park are wonderful. They have helped us work out all the kinks in our 2016 Fleetwood Bounder including tracking down some pesky leaks and getting our ice maker to work. They even moved our dinette seating so that we could use our sofa bed. When it came from the factory, you couldn't pull it out. We would highly recommend that you call them for any RV/Camper issues or to buy a new one!

Dealing with Leesburg, FL branch and will never do business with them again. Have told every family member and friend of the experience and constant troubles to hopefully save them from the ridiculously inconsiderate and inconvenient actions of the staff and service crew that is employed there. For a nationwide company you would think that they would treat customers with care and not lie directly to them. After buying a larger camper you would think having a service issue would be no issue but it is, a huge one. Since purchasing I've made multiple payments but have not had my camper for 2 months now. Manufacturers warranty on a few issues, which I was told would take 2 weeks max has now cost me quite a few hundred dollars between cancelled nonrefundable reservations and missed work opportunities due to my business Truck being full of all camping equipment from the camping trailer.

Issue is still not resolved as of today which is infuriating!

We went to the RV Show in Tampa, FL in January 2017. After looking at several RVs with several different RV dealers, we settled on the Shadow Cruiser and purchased it from Campers Inn RV of Leesburg. Our salesman, Rod Frye, was the main reason we decided to go with Campers Inn and Cruiser RV instead of some of the other dealers/manufacturers we had looked at. Rod couldn't have been more helpful. He was so knowledgeable about the RVshe was able to answer all of our questions and worked with his manager, Ricky, to get us the best price. On the pick-up day, Rod was again very helpful and with us every step of the way. Larry did a wonderful job of going over everything with our new RV, too. We had a wonderful experience dealing with everyone at Campers Inn of Leesburg. Thank you!!! Jerry & Cindy C
