I compared MyWay to the more well known purveyor of mobile storage and I was surprised by how much better it would be for me to use MyWay. The folks at MyWay were very responsive on the phone with my initial inquiries, scheduling for drop off/pick up when we moved out of our house, and then again scheduling for drop off/pick up when we moved into the new house. I appreciated how well it all worked and would strongly recommend MyWay for mobile storage. It's great that they were so helpful getting the storage units delivered to fit my timeline (getting out of our old house on time and getting into the new one quickly after our closing). The owner of the company called me to ask how they did and thanked me for my business.

Gary, the owner, personally contacted me several times to ensure our pick up and delivery times were exactly as needed. He even picked up after hours, Saturday, driving duty to deliver our first set of units to the new house the night before possession so we would be ready to move in the next day! This was the fastest, easiest, least stressful way to move.

I originally chose MyWay because our Mayflower movers we had booked completely flaked, leaving us in a bind at the last minute. A friend told me about MyWay "it's like PODS but better, cheaper and locally owned" I called in a panic trying to sort out the chaos I didn't know how many to get, when to get them, how I was going to pack up and load Right away they connected me to Gary, the owner, who eased my concern -- after a few minutes of discussion Gary came up with a plan and even turned me on to trusted packing and moving labor companies they've worked with in the past. Not only did Gary's plan work out, but when we needed to adjust midstream because of changed closing dates, he made sure I wasn't left in a lurch by delivering a couple extra units at 11pm himself! MyWay has been the best part of our move, not only does Gary stand by his word, but the entire company goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I look forward to working with them and recommending them to everyone I know. Nice job guys!

A really handy DIY solution to juggling moving trucks and storage units. Easy delivery/pickup, and consistently helpful/friendly service. Not great for emergency scheduling, so if you're a procrastinator (like me), I recommend scheduling all your pickups/dropoffs at least one week in advance. Also be very specific about dropoff location (one delivery guy almost left the pods blocking my garage before I caught it).

The pods got a pretty smooth ride, too - I was pleased with how little jostling our belongings experienced in the move.

If you like to do things on your own schedule, I highly recommend!

What a wonderful company and the perfect partner to help us with our recent move. Our furniture was kept in perfect condition and they were so helpful delivering the pod on time and even had a speedy pick up when we were finished unpacking. UPDATE: After speaking with management, the overwhelming majority of my issues were resolved quickly. Customer service should be improved, but I trust as this company grows and more staff is added, many of the problems should be resolved.
Since the management bent over backwards to personally ensure my needs were met, I not only feel confident using them again, I will recommend them to friends and family!

Horrible customer service.
It took me ELEVEN phone calls to get someone to even pick up the phone. Once they finally did that, I was told that my storage unit could not be picked up on the date I requested because they only have one driver.
I was told when I first got the storage unit that when I needed it moved, I could call 48 hours ahead of time to move it. I did that, and instead, they won't move it for FIVE DAYS.
MyWay? No. THEIR way.
Save yourself a headache and go with a larger, more customer-oriented service.
