I rented a U-Haul at 2:30 p.m. to have until the following morning and I sat and HEARD the incompetent store worker quote "I will put you down to have it in tomorrow morning" so I get a call this morning saying I'm being charged ANOTHER $29.95 because I didn't have it back by the time stated on the contract, which was wait for it SIX P.M. that same day!!! WHY in the HELL would I rent a moving van for less than FOUR hours to move a household full of stuff!!! Get real you people DOUBLE check your contracts before you walk out the door future customers to make sure some idiot doesn't put you down for a TOTALLY unreasonable rental time and then try to extort MORE money out of you!!

This location and its employees are trash!!!!!! they are the most disrespectful crew and staff I have ever came across! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR REFFER TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW. PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Service has been improving lately. Use to hate the long wait to rent a truck. Last time in 4-2017 has the truck in under 15 minutes!

Uhaul has never let me down, however thier corporate offices are a pain to deal with for refunds.
