I would like to say we had a good or even great experience but unfortunately I cannot. The guys that came and picked up our things were quite the crew. Only one of them worked his but off, and the other two , well I think the one that spent 20 minutes at a time in the bath about 6 times and when he came out , I believe he was higher than a kite. The main guy caused damage to our 55 inch tv, demanded he pack several boxes , of course at a cost we later found out. Once delivered to our new home after 2 1/2 months of storage, quite a bit of our furniture was damaged. There was one good thing about the company, BEVERLY!! She was awesome. Thanks Beverly!!

The bill was almost double what I had been quoted on a Not To Exceed. the crew was very nice and worked hard. But Boxes packed by the company were not well labeled - and quite mixed - for instance a stovetop espresso pot was in three different boxes, a six inch lampshade was packed by itself in a medium box, in another box three lampshades were jammed together and one ripped when trying to get them apart. Some boxes were not labeled at all. Some wardrobe boxes had only four or five hangars in them. I don't know if it was because of how the truck was packed, but things unloaded were not together - i.e. - table top and table legs were not even close. One of the poles for a portable wardrobe blew out of the truck and was run over - which rendered the wardrobe unusable. Why weren't the legs wrapped up together? Everyone was very courteous, but we were quite distressed by the huge bill.

Great experience. They moved us from Michigan to Arizona. Mike was thorough and provided a competitive bid. Beverly was very friendly and walked us through the move, beginning to end. And I cant say enough about Roy and his crew. Friendly and experienced, not one piece lost or damaged. I would highly recommend.

My experience was very good from the beginning. When they came to give me an estimate they were honest and explained how one should play it safe with regards to weight estimation. It was sound advice as previous companies quoted me based on weights that were significantly lower then what the actual moving weight was.

They kept in close contact multiple times up to moving day. They came as expected in the morning and the moving crew were wonderful. They made sure everything was well wrapped and inventoried. They were able to deliver my furniture three days later on Labor Day weekend which was really nice. All furniture was disassembled and reassembled. There was no damage to any of the furniture. They also arranged for a professional to connect and disconnect my washer and dryer. Everything was taken care of promptly.

This move was my second state to state move and I decided to go with a reputable company. When I first moved, I read reviews and received estimates with the end result of my furniture being held hostage and having to pay double the estimate to complete the move. Plus some equipment was damaged.

With Rose Moving & Storage, my move was great. Customer service was impeccable, the crew was very professional, and furniture arrived promptly. They also refunded me a few $$ because weight estimates were 200 lbs over. I would definitely consider moving this company again.
