Excellent experience. Towed my vehicle within minutes of parking! Such speedy service, very impressive. And the price? Well, when they tow your car while your basically still in it they should be able to charge whatever they want. With a competitive advantage like that, I'm sure these people have a stranglehold on the towing industry. I did however, beat my car to the lot so there is room for improvement hopefully next time I can give 5 stars. Also, cash only? Hats off to you guys, keeping the operational costs down by not taking debit or credit. Although I'd recommend price gouging your customers with hefty "premium service" charge to use the ATM that clearly was not in service.

This particular young lady was rude as hell that worked on a Sunday and would not make a quick phone call for me to call my friend to let her know that I was there waiting. They definitely need to train their staff and the person that took us back to the vehicle in the rain just sat there in the car trying to see what 2 women where doing struggling in the rain instead of asking if we needed any help. I understand it’s not his job but just do the gentlemanly thing. Never again will I use this tow service. It has always been said the B&T was a rip off and it clear that there’s some truth to that

SCAMMERS!!!!!This place stole my daughters car, towed in away in the middle afternoon & said couldn't see her parking tag in the window when we went to get the car , they wanted almost $400 (next day)!!!unreal.. of course we complained & they lowered it to $190, but still scammers , I shouldn't have had to pay a dime!!! Her parking pass was there in the window & I showed them that before they even released the car to her! But no budging, so be careful if you have to deal with this place.. they are also in the news for scamming!! Saw it on fox 2

This company should be out of business. Their driver tried to extort my mom and I out of more money. Their employees were rude and they racial profile my mother and I. It was the worst experience they also stole my laptop out of my car. City of Detroit find a better place to give your account to because they are terrible here

They're a bunch of crooks. I had to pay $250 just to see my car, it was stolen then I couldn't even try to get it started on their property, anyways I basically gave them my car cause it was stolen and couldn't afford all their fees. Talk about a racket

They hire people with potential without discrimination as to race color or gender. Employees are skilled at their jobs. Downside; advancement is a struggle with no set standard for Pay raises. Big company, that tends too forget our overlook their hardest working people.

Just check the amount of money they make and look at this office. Miserable office with rude customer service. Train your staff with manners and ethics. Rude attendant said we comes under wayne state police, now I wonder where our tax money goes and what kind of people they hire. I also wonder why people are leaving Wayne county.

My car was towed to this lovely establishment, where they charged me $300 (CASH ONLY) to get it back (SAME DAY). i understand that the city has parking enforcement, but these folks are the most NASTY people in the city. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!!

My daughter's truck was towed from her apartment at Wayne State while she was putting her groceries away. I understand the law is the law, but $320?!? This is criminal to do to someone, especially a student. This business is legalized extortion, but the state of Michigan allows these companies to operate as they wish. There are no regulations for towing companies in this state, they set their own bar for fees What if all businesses had this ability?? Personally, I can't believe the owner can sleep at night, hopefully karma will catch up with that fat bastard
