"A Great bunch of Guys and Girls they did me right in my book. From Jeff to Wayne Strugnell & Chase Leo & Chris Melville & You can't for get Scotty Thank you All."
I'm disabled, cannot ride, & the staff still went way out of their way to help me out, was really cool & appreciated. Some places treat disabled as unimportant, not here, treated me as if just bought a new bike. Excellent service.
Nicest people out of all the hd dealerships I've visited. Thank you Ally my new friend!!
This Harley Davidson dealer is far the top 🐕 dog in all of michigan and two awesome young ladies Libby and alley are far the best employees you will ever find anywhere in the world. I recommend this dealer 500% they have everything you need if not they will get it for you. Love this place 👍👍👍👍
Great people especially JJ. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the bike that I wanted. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly, and I would recommend this dealership over some of the others I have visited. I will definitely go back in a heartbeat when it's time to get another bike. Thanks again JJ for such great service.
I have to say the sales department is top notch. I bought the bike I wanted and they worked with me on price. But, the service department is not on the same scale. Three months after I bought the bike the horn stopped working and the flashing unit they installed for the brake lights messed up the turn signals. I called and found the horn is covered under warranty. I made an appointment to have that replaced and the brake light module checked out. I was told the brake light flasher was bad. After one week of sitting in service, and several phone calls I got the bike back with a new horn. One week to replace the horn.
A couple of days later I noticed the seat is not secured to the bike. The plastic tongue under the seat will not stay in the frame slot it was made to secure and hold the seat in place. I didn't notice this for a couple of days. I called again and left a message about the seat being loose, but I wonder if I'll receive a call back. Depending how this situation is handled, I may change this review, but this is what's going on right now. So far their service sucks.
Purchasing Harley was a great experience. You feel very welcome here. I have received great service also from apparel, parts and service departments. There are multiple exciting events throughout the year for bike fans.
Please do not rent bikes from here as they have a $2000 deductible. You may be the best driver but the simplest of accidents can set you back $2000 as it happened with me. My wife and I rented bikes and she dropped her bike while parking and the dealership charged us $2000 for a ding on the gas tank.
I've a been a Harley owner for years. I've had five bikes during my life time but family sort of got between me and riding so I sold them. Had a meeting I was early to recently so I stopped in MotorCity just to burn some time. I was warmly greeted by "JJ" at the door. I told him that I was just looking and had no intention of purchasing so "don't waste your time on me". Made him no difference. We talked about Harley history and folks we knew in common. I ended up buying two bikes, one for me and one for my son. There was no pressure in the store and no phone calls to be dodged at home while I decided if I wanted to purchase. He secured a great rate for the loans and has followed through on service. Very responsive at any time of the day by phone or text. Here's a guy that clearly gets paid for doing something he loves and it shows by how he treats his customers.
Great staff. Excellent clothing and bike selection. Professional and knowledgeable parts staff. Very helpful.
Came in on a Sunday right as they were opening. I came in with 3 other people and again, was the only people in the showroom. No one and I mean NO ONE came up and asked if we needed anything.Salesmen walking around talking to each other but no one came up to me nor my friends. I had to buy a battery tender so I bit my lip and paid the money. As we were walking out almost 45 minutes later, customers were being greeted by salesmen I mean what the hell??????? Awful place, nice looking but the people suck. Emailed the manager and guess what???? NO REPLY! AWFUL, SUCKS.
“I came out and bought a Roadster for my husband as a surprise! The sales team was amazing in helping me get it all squared away! We were able to have the bike waiting for him when we showed up to test ride a Roadster. Mark was amazing as a sales person and the finance dept bent over backwards to make the deal happen for me in the terms I wanted!! It was a fantastic experience!!!”
Hands down the best service department that I have dealt with, answered all my questions and explained what they were going to do. Plus the coffee machine was great best dealership coffee also.
Plus earned enough to receive a gift card to pay for some protection gear. Can't wait for the restaurant to open so I can have another place to hang out at.
I do most of my own work and on occasion buy what I need from your store. All I expect is for the parts person to get me the correct part. What a pleasant surprise to encounter Amy! She walked me through a trouble-shooting sequence for an electrical issue I was tracing and was spot-on with the suspect problem. She clearly KNOWS parts and service aspects of HD motorcycles as good or better than most techs. Whenever I shop for parts, I go to your store and wait for her. She's golden!
