Had a very positive experience here. David was very authentic and it was immediately clear that Kestner had our best interests in mind. Expecting to pay out a large sum of money for a blown head gasket, David was able to ascertain that our vehicle was still under a powertrain warranty that would ensure repairs would cost us nothing out of pocket. While we hope to avoid the need for any other maintenance in the near future we will be be more than happy to give Kestner Automotive our business should the need arise!

Took advantage of my son by charging prices and fees far beyond dealership or our local mechanic. $771 for ignition coil and spark plug replacement. Unfortunately he learned too late to comparatively shop. Check Google and other mechanics for prices first.

Update: I did talk with Dave and the reasons for his prices. It was still higher than the next highest which was the dealership $487 for parts and labor.

Took my car in to get the A/C fixed and it was upgraded and recharged the same day! The staff were very friendly and Micah was a big help too! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to get their car serviced to check these guys out, you won't be disappointed!

The staff at Kestner Auto Repair is very professional, honest and seem to really care about the best interest of their customers. I am always aware of what is going on with my vehicle before any work is done and they seem to look out for the best cost options to fix my car the right way.
