  I am a camper owner near this Camping World. I recently had the very happy experience of having been helped by Taylor Bone in the service department. Taylor had my issue addressed in one day! I am a new camper owner. When I went back to pick up my camper Taylor did a walk around with me and very patiently and clearly explained everything that I didn't understand. He was way more helpful than the person who gave me my initial checkout at another dealer! He went over the hook-up procedure and all of the camper systems; while never making me feel dumb or embarrassed! I will seek him out every time I go there for any service and I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs service at the Columbia, SC Camping World!

  Love this place and absolutely LOVE Dennis, and Kris. They provided bomb ass service, and I'd recommend them anytime to anyone. Thanks for having cool, professional guys like them working for you. Lucky crew for sure!

  The service department would break two things for every one thing fixed. They charged me $50 to tell me an issue was not covered by warranty while installing an A/C 3 feet away from the issue I asked them to look at. I spoke to the "service manager" about a pattern of issues and he didn't care. I tried to order a check valve and they couldn't do it for unknown reasons.
  
  They are lazy. I would drop off my unit for warranty work for something as simple as a speaker not working. They gave the unit back with different speakers not working and the radio had a smashed display.
  
  Don't buy anything here if it's not urgently needed. Don't get service work done. Don't ask for advice. I did once and they steered me wrong. Just don't go to this store and you will be better off for it. I've never seen a more worthless group of people and I'm not sure how this location stays in business.

  We purchased a camper with an extended warranty (complete waste of money) from this location. We have had nothing but problems with it since they pulled it to our lot. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything about anything. Now, having been through all that we have with this camper we have had since January, we have had no hot water for over two weeks. Today they finally sent the technician out only to find out they ordered the wrong part. Say they can overnight correct part but it will still be next week before we get anyone to fix it, then act like they are doing me a favor by overnighting something that is actually due to their mistake. Doing me a favor would have been to overnight the correct part two weeks ago. Please save yourself some stress and headaches, plus your sanity and go to another dealer. Once you sign papers with this dealer, you are treated as you are of no consequence. They are only nice until they make the sale. Beyond that, good luck. I have spent the hours following every phone call with them in tears. They do NOT care about taking care of their customers.
