Took my sister car to get an alignment and new tires. I was literally waiting for like 2 hours before her car was pulled around back to be service. The mechanic definitely knows what he is doing.

Went to RNR today to purchase a set of tires and the experience was phenomenal! Corey treated me with so much respect and never changed his words from what he told me over the phone, he explained everything very clearly so I knew what I was purchasing and every term and condition. His staff was also very nice and welcoming! I will definitely do business here again very soon! Thanks Corey!

We walked in to see an employee which we found out no longer work there. We was greeted an immediately shown great customer service by Terrance. He showed us the rim next to the car to assure us it would look great an explain the package plan to us. The speed was incredible. We was very pleased with the price an other offers. Also like to say Cory was great at assisting Mr. Terrance. Thanks RNR your team Rocks ☺

Very poor customer service from the manager. Sounds like he could careless about the customer. Never processes payment on the agreed day of the week, and has repeatedly double dipped by taken more than the agreed amount out. Lady at the desk states this is an error that happens frequently there. Does not care that it will take 3-4 days for them to refund my money taken from my account. Would never suggest these unprofessional people to anyone at all. For 6 weeks straight they have continued to take double the agreed amount. I have spoken to every single manager at this location and none have help with the situation. Very piss poor management at this location. They are doing shady business!!!!

Called them came right in Corey helped me. Answered all my questions. He was patient,even after I threatened him. Soothed all my worries and got me on the road for my long distant trip the next day. The other workers there were also great. Great atmosphere. Over all I'd give 10 stars. Tell a friend.

I have been dealing with RNR for about 3 years with the same vehicle and every experience has been great Fast courteous service and not to mention the best deal around on a set of brand new tires.If ur in the area and need tires or rims check them out.you wont be disappointed💯💯💯

This was the most amazing service I've ever gotten from a car shop. My associate Corey exhibited deep concern for my needs and did everything he could do get me taken care of and I drove away with four brand new tires! I would DEFINITELY do business here again and I recommend anyone who needs tires or rims to go here and you will have your expectations exceeded !
