Rare find ! We loved this motel. the price was very affordable and the room we had was like new and had a personal touch, was nicely decorated, lovely warm colors inside and almost felt like a nice cozy mini apartment. We would certainly stay here again. Also, this was the only motel that had freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast buffet.

The room was clean and the bed nice and comfortable. There patio area was very quiet and relaxing. We will be coming back to stay.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Staff are rude and unhelpful, family owned by people who clearly don’t care about their customers. Special requested a crib online for my baby and was initially told by the lady at the desk upon arrival that they didn’t have any as she didn’t want to get the owner downstairs from his house to ask. He then comes down and tells us they do in fact have them but will charge us an extra $20 a night for the crib. They don’t care about their customers or reviews. I’m not sure how how they achieved a 4 star on trip advisor. We ended up leaving and not staying the night. Terrible.

Not to bad for the price. Clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Room was neat, quiet and comfortable. Basic breakfast was included. Would recommend for an inexpensive night stay.

The room was clean but a little small. We had a two queen bed room. There was a bath tub but no bath stopper, they gave us one right away but it didn't fit. The breakfast is really good. Parking can be hard late at night on the weekends (there is a bar right next door). It was quite in the room and we didn't have any disruptions. Overall it was perfect for our stay at the right price. I would recommend it.

What a lovely motel. The owners take much pride in this motel and surroundings. The room has been upgraded, the plants, flowers and trees immaculate and they even have a vegetable garden in the back. It appears they care more about the customers comfort than money. I would definitely recommend this place.

The registration area was a bit crowded during check in but I was able to see the small breakfast area. It contained 2 small tables, encouraging guests to take breakfast to their rooms. The registrar was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy with a small microwave and fridge. We were in a 2 queen bed room. Toiletries were very small sized but adequate. The room was on the first of 2 floors and peaceful with the AC or fan running. There wasn't any facial tissue available but an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer were. The only annoying part was the clothing rack. The clothes hanging area, adjacent to the bathroom door, was a problem. The area wasn't recessed enough to prevent the hangers from knocking against the back wall. Our neighbors were probably a bit annoyed with the accidental rapping while hanging up clothing . Other than these small details, this is a great motel for a weary travelerclean room and friendly, efficient staff, with an adequate breakfast .

This motel was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The were accommodating to any needs that I had and everything was corrected promptly. There is a nice bar near by, The Burger Connection, that is really nice and friendly. All motel staff were nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Oh, and they have fresh continental breakfast every morning. And all the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator in them; which was really awesome. My sister, who a flight attendant, even commented on how nice the room was. And she frequents most major hotels across the country. Definitely recommend!!

The motel is right off the road and easy to spot. The staff are very professional, courteous and kind. They will make sure your stay is welcoming and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and quiet. This will make my third stay and I will definitely be coming back when I travel this area.

We stayed a few nights here and found it very pleasant and clean. It is right off a freeway and cuts out time driving through a city just to get to where the main attractions in San Diego are. The front desk clerk was very nice, chatty, and could suggest places to eat nearby which was nice. We were not told about construction being done literally at the doorstep of our room however, and starting at 6:30 AM every morning we would suddenly be woken by loud conversations, drills and hammers being used, etc. That was extremely annoying, but we got such a cheap rate for a clean room and good service otherwise, that we decided to just ride it out. If we had at least been warned or told, and then given the chance to choose to stay or have a refund, I would have greatly appreciated it. I feel that would have been the proper and respectful thing to do.

I did not look at the sign as we pulled up, but I thought it was a chain motel. The bed and bathroom were very clean. The mattress was also very comfy, compared to a few others I have stayed in. The bedsheets were warm enough. Soap was included (not all motels have this now, as I have seen cut backs). Heater was nice in wintertime. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk & OJ. You get amazing value for the place.
