Clean and presentable. Great staff and super clean rooms. Amazed by the care and detail performed by the housekeeping personnel. Location is ideal since it's located between Downtown San Diego, Safari Park and Legoland.
Nice, centrally located to anything you would want to do. Close to the beach, the main SD attractions and the mountains, desert places to visit. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean but could use an update.
Nice, clean, relatively well maintained business hotel. Pleasant front desk staff, friendly support staff. Caution, although all floors are accessed by elevator, the hotel is laid out with long corridors, which could be an issue for those with physical limitations. Some freeway noise for West facing rooms. Free WiFi a plus. No lobby complementary self serve coffee bar which is becoming popular for this level of hotel.
Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Rooms were very clean and kept up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bistro cafe has a good breakfast and serves Starbucks coffee.
Very close to the mall and a lot of good dining places. It is next to the I-15 which sometime can be noisy. The room design could have been better to better utilize the space, specially the position of bed and TV. Parking gets filled quickly specially when people double park.
I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say I was disappointed. I came in for a wedding. I had the option to stay in a cabin or book a hotel room. I opted to pay more for the hotel room. I was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was infested with ants. In les than a 24hr. stay I had to call the front desk 3 times. Very disappointing.
Fantastic staff! They have a really nice common room where you could watch sports near the bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great location close to the freeway entrance, but in a quite area.
Hotel service is great, but the rooms need updating because it looks like an older room. My room was a little musty smelling. The shower head was WAY to low being 6'5 the head of the shower came to my chest Even my wife who is shorter would probably bump her head on it.
This hotel is nice for a quick trip, it has a pool and a cafe where you can get coffee. It's simple and effective for a weekend trip. Nothing fancy but nothing bad. Great place and value
Our overall stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The Bistro needs to stay open later through the mornings. 9:30am is just too early to shutdown. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you,
Convenient to work and lots of places to eat. Good breakfast options. Staff is really friendly.
Comfortable and basic. Good service and staff are great! The rooms are sort of small. Maybe I'm just spoiled. We have stayed here 3 times for family visits, and we'll be back for sure.
The Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. I like the location because it is close to the various Wineries, we enjoy going to Rancho Bernardo Winery, and the hotel is not far from San Diego. There are also several restaurants close by, we especially enjoyed going to Rancho Bernardo Inn. At the Courtyard we enjoyed walking around the duck pond, it was peaceful.
Nice backyard view. Not expensive. Good guest service. Easy check in and check out. Good wifi signal for Internet. Breakfast and dinner options are limited but food is good - at Bistro. Would recommend.
Easy access off the highway and a nice location with food options close by. The property is older but the rooms are clean and the public areas are up to date. The gym is small and one treadmill was broken leaving only one functioning. The staff was friendly and helpful. This property uses the Bistro model so no free coffee in the lobby which is always disappointing.
