My goodness, I haven't been to a better hotel. Spacious rooms with attention to detail in choice of decor in addition to detailed construction. Service was top notch. This hotel deserves a five Diamond rating. Simply the best hotel experience I've ever had.

I have been the DJ for many wedding and parties at The Lodge. It is an amazing venue with a beautiful lawn area for the ceremony & cocktail hour. The reception rooms are indoors and the food is great! I suggested that my friends stay here and they loved it! Last year my friends got married here.

I was here for the Celebrate the Craft event and the venue is really beautiful. The Lodge is a bit hidden away as i had never been there before and didn't even know where it was prior to going. The service of the people who worked there were very friendly and accomodating. The bathrooms were large and clean. I didn't stay there but the view of the golf course and ocean was extremely peaceful looking out as we ate the delectable food.

This was my 3rd visit to Torrey Pines, to have dinner at AR Valentin. It's one of my favorite places to eat in San Diego. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable. The food is always amazing, especially on this visit because of the fall menu. Even though I feel a bit out of place as a heavily tattooed 20-something, I love making a trip there at least once a year on special occasions. Highly recommend it for your next fancy dinner out. Don't skip the corn meal biscuits!

Very good food, including buffet-style appetizers, salad bar, entrees and desserts. Also a nice coffee/tea selection. Also a nice open bar for our purposes, though I didn't partake. The grounds are nice. It's very country clubby, if that's something you're into. I'm not but it was still fine.

Beautiful hotel and setting. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. A great place to feel like you are "getting away from it all!" Helpful staff. Amazing sunsets.

My husband and I had a great stay here after our wedding. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the room was nice. Unfortunately, when we went to breakfast at the restaurant we were quite disgusted to see this note on the menu: "A mandatory surcharge of 2% will be added to all items sold to help offset the cost of state and city minimum wage increases" (photo attached). We paid $400/night for a room and $6 for a cup of coffee, and the Torrey Pines Lodge can't afford to pay their staff minimum wage?!?! Come on!

I have traveled all over world and stayed in some of finest resorts accordingly. The resort is world class providing a home away from home. The hotel staff went our of their way to pamper us. We will be returning this Christmas for sure.

Great atmosphere for an evening out for dinner while the sun sets. The golf course is always a beautiful backdrop. The pecan crusted chicken was just like I am used to getting back in Georgia. Wonderful meal.

While attending a professional event I only spent a little bit of time outside of the event room. The lodge is a very warm and welcoming property. Although it has a masculine feel it is still quite warm and inviting. There is a lot of outdoor areas for lounging as well as eating. I'm beautiful decks overlooking the golf course in the ocean.

Attended a beer dinner pairing, the food and the service were incredible. Best experience I've had at any establishment bar none. Chef Kyle is arguably one of, if not the best chef in San Diego. Will definitely be attending more events! Highly recommend the lodge/grill at Torry pines.

We spent 3 glorious nights at The Lodge. From the minute we called to book to the moment we checked out, we were made to feel incredibly well cared for.

It is obvious that the staff maintains both the grounds and hotel with the utmost pride. As a well traveled couple, the level of detail found in their effort blew our minds.

The staff set a new level of hospitality, in our eyes. It will be hard to find their equal.

    We will be back.

    Thanks!!
