Stayed here while in town for soccer. Parking and room proximity was odd, had to walk all the way around to reach our room. Bathroom sliding pocket door kept getting stuck, and I mean STUCK shut. My little kids were getting so scared and panicked, they are kids so not surprised. I even got stuck Everytime! My husband had to get you out if you shut the door. I called front desk and they offered to send someone but when you were at soccer all day and have tired kids who wants a man in our room using tools and invading my privacy. They should have offered to move us and our things or breakfast. something. They were like ok sorry. I took video of myself getting stuck as well as kids yelling while we try to pry the door open. Then I called to ask for (tiny) 6 shampoo and 6 conditioner since I forgot mine, the supervisor Christian said he wasn't sure if that exceeded the eligible limit. I never heard of a limit nor given a hard time at any hotel ever which most hotels we use offer more than that if you forgot something. FYI too my daughter and I have hair that is over 20+ inches which is being grown to donate to locks if love. It is a complimentary item offered guest so why hassle me? Why does it bother them? All it did was leave a bad taste in my mouth and make me take note to never stay in a Raddison again. I'll stick to the others where we have been well taken care of.

Friendly service, room was nice enough but the refrigerator didn't work and there was a hole in our bathroom wall. But all in all I like the quiet area it is located in, the staff in the restaurant was friendly.

Better than most business focused in terms of service and attention to detail. The hotel restaurant is very pricey though.

I'm here for day two of my Eleven day stay. The room is fine, bed is comfortable, but the layout of the place is a bit unusual. The only bad thing so far, is that there is no information about the hotel in the room. I have no idea where the workout ryis, or what hours it's open, same with he restaurant. There is a menu in the room, but when I called to ask about room service they said only for dinner..that's info I would have really rather read about. I also had to call about if they had breakfast, where the restaurant was, where the pool was, the map of the place is poorly put together at best. I called the front desk and asked if there was any booklet I could get with hotel info and he said "no, we don't have anything like that". Then he started to tell me everything he knew about the place, which was nice but I don't wanna call someone everytime I would like some info about the place.

It was a great stay! Nice and clean, the staff was very helpful. Moved us when we realized we were right by the pool with kids playing loudly (we had a toddler otherwise not really a big deal), and helped us again when the neighbors were smoking and yelling back and forth to eachother from the room and parking lot.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great value for the price. Complementary hot breakfast is always a plus. Clean pool, comfy beds, close to everything Can't complain about any of that!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and WiFi provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet environment. Ample parking. Fast laundry turnaround.

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, rooms are super clean, buffet is hot food, pool has sun all afternoon. The best workout room i have seen in a hotel! We got a courtesy shuttle to a nearby restaurant. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations. Pool was clean. Plenty of towels. The bar tender was friendly, and the front desk very helpful. The only complaint was the kitchen refused to make something about ten minutes before they closed. It wasn't right, but I can understand their side, as well.

Stayed overnight for a sports event and was absolutely amazed at the size of our room! Normally my family and I are all over each other, but there was so much floor space! It was really great! The only thing I could say is that the parking at night was just not sufficient enough and the spaces are very small. We have a large truck and it was very hard to find a spot. The only thing I could say is that the parking at night was just not sufficient enough and the spaces are very small. We have a large truck and it was very hard to find a spot. I recently stayed for a long weekend at this Radisson Hotel and was very happy with all aspects of my lodging experience. The size of the room was more than expected, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dan at the front desk was the best. By the way, breakfast at the restaurant was an incredible deal as well. If you're in the SD area, this is a gem of a place to stay and the rate for SoCal made me equally happy. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Stayed in a garden suite near the adult pool - really amazing room with perfect bed. Pool amazing - salt water and warm. Good walks. Excellent if a little pricey dinner. Fantastic a la carte breakfast. Will return.

This hotel is quite old. But you can tell that they really tried to renovate this place to make it more attractive to modern customers. But the main reason why I give them 4 stars is because of their service. The workers are very courteous, and they treat their customers with care and respect. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future, but not anytime soon.
