The room was comfortable and clean. The elevator broke. And no coffee cups for coffee in the morning. But one shining star is Angel who works at the front desk. She handled herself so professionally while dealing with a woman who wanted to check in early but her room wasn't ready. This was just when she began her shift. She treated the woman with more respect than I would have. The woman was checked in early. Before 3pm. Motel 6 has a hard worker and wonderful face for their company, in Angel. She truly lives up to her name.

I was given 3 different rooms until I found one that had been cleaned. I kept going back and forth to the office. I checked in at 3:00 pm. Very unhappy with motel 6. Will never stay at another 1. I have had similar experiences in the past with them.

Good enough for one night. There were a lot of construction workers living there. Multiples (more than 2 or 3) living in one room to save money. They were going in and out, having fun and congregating on the steps and at the elevator. As a solo traveler, that made me a little nervous. They were very nice and friendly. This atmosphere should be taken into account when the rooms are assigned.

It was a horrifying experience. We got to the motel at 11:30 pm. It was 'apparently' the last room?? The card to enter did not work and we were on the second floor so we had to trek down to the receptionist and get it redone again. The room was ridiculous- l asked for a non smoking room- UGHit smelled like a chain smoker was just there!!! The bathroom door could not close!!! There was no hot water in the morning! AWFULLLL! Wish l could get my money back!

The rooms were nice and clean. I got transferred to a different room because the heater in the first room didn't work nor was there a phone available for use. The second room meet those accommodations but had roaches. I checked out within 4 hours of my stay. I had to throw my food out because these were roaches in it. Nice location s

I'm sorry to say that this hotel needs to be destroyed and built back up. My stay there was terrible. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Bathroom had mold, shower pressure was not strong house keeping needs to do a better job in cleaning rooms. There was hair in bathroom floor and corners. Bed blankets had burned spots. It's was hard for me to get into my room. I had to walk down a couple of times to change key so I can get into my room. The only thing that was positive was the staff that was there that day I checked.

I was disappointed in the pictures online, its miss leading. The bathroom very small. There was dirty towels that had yellow stains on it. The blanket had dirt spots. The floor was dirty our feets were black. The sink did not drain. The tub was old and peeling. The toilet had no lid.

I arrived after midnight, and the clerk was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that I was awakened, before I wanted, by a jackhammer right outside my window. Plumbers were working on a water line or a drain, and they were breaking up the corridor's concrete within four feet of my room. Also, their work resulted in only a trickle of water coming out of the sink and shower. I went to the front desk, and the clerk was apologetic about the noise. When I asked about having water to take a shower, her supervisor came out from the back. It was evident that she had been listening to our exchange, and she said that the water could not have been shut off without the work crew notifying her. She insisted that the water could not be off already. I returned to my room, and the water pressure was back almost immediately. I took a gamble and showered very quickly.

First let me say the employees were excellent! Some issues are beyond their control but they were very nice.
I had to leave after I saw a cockroach run across my floor! Not taking that home with me! The building seriously needs maintenance! Seems old. Elevator is smelly & scary! Thought it was going to get stuck! There were no towels in our room. Had to go to front desk to get some! People started coming out of their rooms & hanging out like they just live there! The pool was cloudy! I've been to better motel 6 it can be better than this! This case was definitely "you get what you pay for"! My neighbors had serious electrical safety issuesbut they had towels😑

When I couldn't get a ground floor room as requested. They called a sister Motel 6 and found one. Very cordial and did not hesitate to do it. Then he had to put the address in my iPhone and helped me understand how to use it. I'm 77 yrs old. I can use my phone pretty good but had'nt used google maps. Very special employees in both motels. Love Motel 6.

The room was clean & comfortable. Big fluffy pillows on bed. The AC worked very good. Phillip was awesome. He had me checked in less than five minutes. Would stay again. But bring your own soap. The ones that they supply don't smell very good. But that was no biggy.

The room we were given my bed had dog hair all over it so I had to call and get new everything for my bed. The staff that night was helpful. The next night we had no clean towels or wash cloths left for our room when they cleaned it. They hung the dirty ones off the floor back up. Then when we called for wash cloths they said they had no clean ones at all. Sunday we got woken up from loud talking and laughing from house keeping sitting down stairs. This has been by far the worst stay and will not book this location again.

Front desk was okay. Professional and nice. Accomodated our need for two beds, and our dog. However, after walking in and moving about the room, my bare feet were filthy and black from the grime everywhere appararent. The A/C was without a directional vent; the tub ringed with mold and grime. The sheets were so thin, I felt every ridge of the old mattress underneath, The A/C was so loud, neither of us got much sleep, and the noise of the pool, until very late was intrusive. There seemed to be a lot of "street traffic" in and out, and possible drug dealing. The rear of the property was so filthy that it felt unsafe to walk the dog there: Other pet owners had not been considerate and there was dog excrement everywhere, including on the sidewalks leading into our room. We decided to stay at this Motel 6, as it was supposedly "dog friendly" but did not expect it to be doggone worn out. What a dump. This experience has turned us off altogether of Motel 6, however affordable or "convenient" it may seem. DO BETTER!

We rented a room for a week, first night there was a loud party in the pool area. No one told them to quite down. Second night a bunch of guys were drinking and smoking weed out by the pool again No One did anything. But on the third day My dogs got loose and ran down the street and all of the sudden we are the bad guys and they FORCED US TO LEAVE even though they took our money for that day. They were RUDEthreatened us we explained that my daughter just went to work and wouldn't be back till 4. Management stated " I don't care. Put your stuff off my property now."
When i didn't get my stuff out of there fast enough the came to my room and threatened me again by stating they had called the police. We stated you didn't need to do that we are getting our stuff together. She said " oh well. Its already done".
Police Never showed up. I don't like being treated this way. I payed my money to stay there and I don't feel we should have been treated this way.
AND NO I WILL NEVER STAY WITH YOU AGAIN.
And i thought you were a great establishment.

Great location close to the interstate. The room was very clean and it smelled nice with a working air-conditioner. Great customer service, and very accommodating. For the price, I would definitely recommend this motel. It's nicer than some of the hotels I've stayed in for more money.
