Horrible experience with this hotel. They are very unprofessional. Reserved two rooms for 2 king sized beds and when we arrived they had told us the king-sized bed rooms I reserved were not available. They gave me a double bed. Also, they told me over the phone they accepted cash but when I got there they didn't. They had my reservation completely wrong. Saying I only reserved one room when I reserved two. I had to pull out my phone and pull up my reservation to prove him wrong, Save your money and don't come here. The whole place should be shut down.

We would not stay here again. The property is rundown and needs a little love and caring. Find another place to spend your night

I gave this hotel a 1 ⭐️ because there is no 0. We had an Awful experience at this hotel. The personnel was very rude. We had reserved two months before 2 double rooms for four couples and when we checked in the receptionist told us they had no more double rooms left only King size. I showed her my email confirmation and told her that she needed to accommodate us in four King size rooms then. She told us they only had 3 left. We were a total of 8 traveling so we took the 3 rooms and my husband and I went to sleep with our daughter in her college dorm room. The rooms were nasty, dirty, pet stains on carpet and odor and the so called king size beds were actually the size of a queen. The keys to the rooms never worked and we had to go back to the front desk twice to get them reprogrammed. We had the rooms for two nights but I called and complained and they gave us a refund for the one night. We then decided to leave to another hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Very bad service overall.

Another visit. Property still the same. Only lobby has been renovated. Still no complementary Breakfast. Location of elevator is very odd. If you have large bags, it's difficult to take them on upper floor.

Rest every thing is just as what you pay for.

Nice and clean. Applebees is next sore which is a big plus. One of the nicest location in the town.

It's not the Hyat. I forgot that. Maybe I was a little spoiled but the place seemed just a bit on the dingy side. Applebees being attached is super cool though. And they're open late!

i hate this hotel. We are here for a week. The first room had a brown toilet, dirty bathroom and garbage under the bed skirt. We moved rooms. The phone in this room is dead. The ac rattles. It's so swampy! The air quality is poor. Makes me feel a bit ill. This is the splurge hotel and they have no business charging what they do. Then breakfast is extra! They added a dehumidifier and recommended we crank the ac to 70 degrees. I'm cold and annoyed.

Bad experience. When I first came into the hotel, the hallway was dingy with dirty carpet and dogs barking in one of the rooms. Inside the room, there was still dirty carpet and an odor. The lobby was small and unpleasant looking. Everything in and out of the room looked outdated and dirty. Bathroom sink was glued together. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable.

Great place. Love that Applebee's is on site. Elevator and halls were not well air-conditioned. Wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The hotel was as described in previous reviews. It was very old with the halls being very hot and humid. There was only one hotel room unit working to cool the whole hallway! Inside the rooms, it was also very humid. I stayed in two different rooms. The first had a very noisy dehumidifier that didn't sound like it was working right. I turned it off so I could sleep. The second room did not have one and seemed to be less humid somehow but had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. As a single woman staying there, I didn't feel safe. I was harassed for money outside the hotel entrance and was awoken by a stranger (man) in the middle of the night. That might have been an honest mistake but the whole vibe of the place had me on edge anyway. The staff were at least friendly and helpful. But you can't redeem this place with that. Tallahassee has much nicer and safer places to stay for the same price. I booked through the Hotwire east downtown Tallahassee deal. To avoid this place, don't get the deal that promises a restaurant in the hotel.

Fourth floor Hall had no air conditioning for 4 days! The room felt musty everything was in terrible repair you have to use a weird wheelchair lift to get your baggage from check in to the elevator , if you leave through the elevator door and the sprinklers of run or it's rained you will be walking through water that is deep enough to get your socks wet through your shoes!
The elevator is in a frightful state of disrepair as was my room everything is old and dated there is a kind of lingering bad odor. The bathroom was beyond cramped it was awful.
The only redeeming quality I can see in this place was the staff were very courteous they went out of their way to be helpful and we're apologetic about the conditions of the air conditioning in the hallway the smell in the elevator so nice people terrible facility.

Not great but not terrible. I was a little scared after some recent reviews but it was ok. The ceiling paint was peeling in the bathroom due to moisture damage but overall the room was clean enough. Would stay again if the price was right.

I was here for a meeting in one of the conference rooms. The room was set up great, but no microphone (it wasn't needed). The food wad catered so I can't review that. The lobby bathroom had no soap and the door for the first stall wouldn't work. The parking lot I'd difficult to get out of.
